The adjacent large dining table has seating for 8 for enjoying freshly prepared meals or games. The full kitchen has ample granite counter space, white appliances and a gas cooktop. It is stocked with basic pots, pans, utensils and a Keurig coffee maker. Sip your morning coffee from the outdoor seating on the balcony while taking in the ocean breeze. The laundry room is right off of the dining area. It has a full-size washer, dryer and cabinet space. There are two bedrooms on this floor. The first bedroom (BR1) has a Queen bed, TV, dresser, nightstand and closet. The second bedroom (BR2) has a Full-size bed, wall-mounted TV, nightstand and closet. Both bedrooms share a hall bathroom which has a pedestal sink and a large tile shower with a glass enclosure. Upstairs on the third level is the Master retreat (BR3). The quaint living area has a modern sofa with a lounger on the end and a TV. The kitchenette has a sink, microwave, dishwasher and regular coffee maker. The bedroom has a Full-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-alone shower with a glass door.
