I am delighted to welcome you to my home for your future dream vacation!

My apartment includes a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a living room with a sofa bed to relax after a long day of walking. You can also use the furnished TERRACE to spend some quality time with your friends outside on sunny days!

The accommodation is located 9 minutes by car from the city center. You will find everything you need! Moreover, with its location, you will be able to discover the city by visiting its tourist attractions such as: the Aquarium la Rochelle which is 9 min away by car, the Old Port at 13 min, the Lantern Tower at 14 min, the Maritime Museum and the New World Museum of la Rochelle at 10 min, the Charruyer Park at 12 min where you will be able to make bike rides and picnics at the water's edge, the Globe of Francophonie and the Casino Barrière at 13 min, and the Marans Canal at 10 min away by car In addition, you can't miss the Aytre Beach and the Aquatic Center which are respectively 13 and 17 minutes away by car.

The mythical Fort Boyard is 29 minutes away by car. You can fly over its surroundings during a helicopter flight or sail around it in a sailboat!

## Emplacement
Capital of the Charente-Maritime, La Rochelle is famous for its postcard-like Old Port. Guarded by the Chain Tower and the Saint-Nicolas Tower, the Old Port has inspired many artists. After a walk on the quays, the visitor is invited to stroll through the pretty streets of the old town. Private mansions, Renaissance residences and old timber-framed houses follow one another. The various stores in the pedestrian streets and the streets lined with arcades are sure to satisfy the shopping enthusiast.
