We had an excellent trip to Sedona! This house was so clean and had everything you needed and more. The scenery was beautiful. The kids loved the pool and exploring the yard. We enjoyed the hot tub every evening. There is so much to do around the area and it's close to everything. We will definitely be back!

The house was great but the AC was froze up upon our arrival. We were brought a couple portable AC units for two bedrooms. The AC froze up again the next day and from then on I kept it at a higher temp, 78, and had no problems. If you’re staying in moderate temps I think it would be fine but if you plan to stay in the summer month this is likely an issue you’ll have to deal with.
