Accessible by spiral staircase, the loft offers a vacation space of its own! Nice place, but dirty upon arrival.

The location and unit itself were great. However, upon arrival it was dirty and we had to clean it ourselves before bringing our stuff in. After multiple calls about the grime on the floors, hair on the furniture and limes lodged in the garbage disposal we were told someone would be there in an hour. No call and no show for two days. Bring your own cleaning supplies including a vacuum if you’re staying. Once clean, you will truly enjoy it. The location is great. Trams are easy to use and the beach is beautiful.

Just ok

I was disappointed and a little disgusted by the cleanliness of the property when we arrived. The first thing I noticed was spaghetti sauce on the sink spicket. The toilets were dirty. Luckily I bring cleaning supplies with me. Two of the outlets sparked and seemed loose. The furniture and bedding needs updating and the kitchen supplies are in disarray. The Sea Colony facility was great however, very clean and well maintained. We will return!

Great unit, fullt stocked kitchen, lovely wooded area, close to a pool and the tram stop. Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave.

Pictures make it look nicer than it is

I was drawn to this unit based on the pictures and the fact that it was in Sea Colony. The unit is very dated and just the basic cleaning was done. The bedroom closets were unusable as they were stuffed with extra pillows and blankets (more than a 2 bedroom condo needed). The drawers in the kitchen were dirty (opened soy sauce packet in one), and many of the pans had the teflon coating chipping off. Left food on the coffee table in the living room and hundreds of ants showed up within minutes. Sea Colony did not disappoint and we will keep coming back, but will not rent this unit again.

My Summer Vacation

We had stayed in this community twice before this visit, so I was surprised to find that this condo wasn't up to par. The kitchen was the biggest surprise. The insides of the drawers and cupboards in the kitchen were dirty. There was spilled food in the cabinets which had to be scrubbed. There were pots that had to be cleaned as they had burned on food in them. I had to clean them as well as dishes and silverware, because if one thing was dirty, everything was dirty. The kitchen cupboards were stuffed full of glasses and dishes. All the cabinets were filled to the brim. I moved their food to an upper shelf so we would have room to put the food we brought. I wasn't able to clean everything, as I didn't feel that I should have to do that on my vacation. I just cleaned out drawers and cabinets shelves of what we were going to use. I don't know who would be responsible for keeping the cabinets and drawers in a kitchen clean, probably the owner of the condo, but whoever it was, they weren't doing their job. The condo is obviously old and bathrooms are in need of being redone. The shower in the master had mold around the door. I didn't use the other bathroom as that was used by our guests, but it appeared to be okay. The closets in the bedrooms were filled, from floor to ceiling with pillows and blankets. We were unable to hang clothes. The washing machine broke after one use. I was told someone would come, and supposedly someone did. He said he left a note, which he did not, and told the office that the machine was overloaded. There were six items in the washer and they were not large items. He didn't repair it and when we called the office again, we were told someone was coming. I was in the condo for three weeks and on the day we were leaving, someone came and fixed the machine. I was given a refund for the "inconvenience"; however, I felt that you can't repay me for the inconvenience of having to go to a laundromat in 95 degree heat, during my vacation, for which we paid hard earned money. While this condo looks beautiful in the pictures, there were no pictures of all the rooms. We will return to this community, but only to a newer apt. The amenities in the community are amazing and as I had family visiting during my stay, they all took advantage of many things that were offered. I don't know if it's possible to see all of an apt on the website, but I won't take one here if I can't.

Not as clean as pictures show

Furnishings were comfortable but unit had to be recleaned and a bedspread removed due to a huge blood stain. They could also supply a Kerig machine for coffee which would have been a plus.
