Capecation! This three bedroom condo is perfect for multi-generation family getaways. Besides the relaxing heated pool (open June- September), this condo comes with two mountain bikes w/helmets and a paddleboard w/life jacket for your use.

The Cape's beautiful weather and numerous activities such as taking in the sights, golfing, boating, kayaking, whale watching, biking and hiking makes it a very attractive destination anytime of the year. We are perfectly located for day trips around the Cape and Islands or even into Boston.

This spacious condo is conveniently located a little over a mile from South Cape Beach and New Seabury's Popponesset Marketplace, a village center with shops, restaurants, cafes and miniature golf. An easy bike ride to explore the area. There are also nearby walking paths and hiking trails as well as a place to rent bicycles (if you need more than 2) or kayaks. A few miles more will take you to the multitude of shops and restaurants in the Mashpee Commons. It truly is the perfect vacation spot!

You will feel yourself begin to unwind and relax as soon as you find our condo tucked away in a quiet corner, bordered by preservation land. This three bedroom condo includes a king, double and three single beds to accommodate a large family or a gathering of friends. The floor plan is an open concept that lends itself to socializing and quality family time. There are sliders in three separate rooms that lead out onto our private pool area, another popular gathering place.

We have tried to include all of the amenities that you will need for the perfect vacation away from home from the linens and towels to the dishes and utensils in the kitchen. You will find beach blanket and towels, sand toys, coolers and chairs to take to the shore. Then there are games, books and puzzles for the rainy days. There are two mountain bikes for exploring the neighborhood or visiting South Cape Beach.

Please note cell phone reception in most of New Seabury is spotty. You may want to contact your carrier prior to arrival to find out if you have reception or how to best set your phone to use Wifi.
