This home is in a quiet neighborhood and well-suited for couples, small groups, and families with children. With pre-approval, we also allow up to two well-behaved dogs. (We use an enhanced cleaning procedure after a pet's stay.)

ENTERTAINMENT- Most people come for the national parks or a marathon, but there are endless outdoor possibilities nearby. Rent UTVs, take a Jeep tour, go horseback riding, go stargazing...and so much more. Apart from Zion National Park and other nearby attractions, there are indoor and outdoor games at the home, books and puzzles, musical instruments, stargazing equipment, and Nintendo Classic for retro enthusiasts. Netflix, Disney+, and Hulu are available. Keep the kids busy with age-appropriate activities, and Vintage Park and Playground across the street is great for burning off a little extra kid energy.
BEDS - You will get a great night’s sleep in 7 comfortable beds (No blow-up beds, nor sofa beds) and wake up refreshed, ready for more fun and exploration.
CHILDREN: The bunk beds are perfect for children (with easy-zip bedding), and we have everything you need to make your stay with infants safe and comfortable: crib, playpen, highchair, stroller, baby monitor, changing table, baby gate, children's dishes, etc. The backyard is fully fenced. Your kids will love Vintage Park and Playground, right out the front door.
PETS - With written preapproval and a $39 pet stay/special cleaning fee, we allow up to 2 well-behaved dogs. (No cats or other pets.) We understand wanting to bring your four-legged family member on vacation with you and we have a safe, welcoming environment for them too. We will provide pet beds and blankets (to protect furnishings), food dishes, and other supplies. Your pup is going to love the Treat Station! too. The backyard has a lawn and is fully fenced. We have an enhanced cleaning procedure after each pet guest to ensure the furnishings, flooring, and the air is thoroughly cleaned so our non-pet-owning guests feel completely comfortable too.
