This is a beautiful lakefront property w/ 1500 feet of shoreline full of beautiful acreage, woods, & BREATHTAKING views! It is accompanied by a pool, dock, beach, sand volleyball, a boat ramp, kayaks, & all included! You can also rent a pontoon boat right from the property!

Have boats or watercraft of your own? Bring them! We have a boat ramp right onsite & plenty of room for your trailers, as well as docking. Play volleyball, corn hole, Beersbie, ladder golf, giant Jenga or just play in the cleanest, coolest water on the lake. The water comes right out of the mountains & dumps right at our feet. Great fishing as well in season. We are actually in one of the best areas to fish. Eat s'mores by the campfire at the beach & watch AMAZING sunsets!

Close to Pirate's Bay (water park), endless waterfalls & hiking trails ,Orbitz Glassblowing, snow skiing, horseback riding, rappelling, caving & ziplining. We are 1:30HR +/- from ATL, B'HAM, & CHATT Airports.

The views are incredible & the house has 1870 charm mixed w/ 21st century décor & conveniences. Breathtaking views of the lake & lawns & you can even see how the sunset pours colors into the house at "golden hour". We also have LOTS of stars, it just gets better & better!

This property is also an event venue & has had many beautiful weddings. This is not "3 houses near each other to be able to sleep everyone". It is one large main house, an apartment over the garage (The Den), & a guesthouse (The Rose Cottage). They are combined to sleep 58+ guests. Hard-to-find, especially right on the water. Main house has 5 Bedrooms which includes the upstairs sleeping porch, 5 full baths & one 1/2 bath. The Den has 1 bedroom & a full bath. The Rose Cottage has 4 bedrooms+loft & 3 full baths, separate kitchen & laundry room.

Bedroom #5:The Gardenia en Suite Master (sleeps 4): King bed & full futon (Full size=2 kids or 1 adult), it is counted in capacities. Private full bath w/ shower/garden tub combo.

Bedroom #6:The Sleeping porch (sleeps 5). It is all of the glass you see in the front picture. Fully enclosed w/ HVAC. Twin bed, Twin bunk bed & a full futon (Full size= 2 kids or 1 adult) up here & is included in capacities. Access to the hall full bathroom w/ shower.

*Apartment over the garage (The Den):
Bedroom #7: (sleeps 6): 2 queen beds & a queen sleeper sofa. Full bath w/ shower/tub combo & kitchenette.

*Guesthouse (The Rose Cottage):

2. Any dates not listed above are a Full refund if canceled 60+ days prior to check-in.

**The lake level does go down a few feet in late fall through early spring and may affect boat launch, dock usage, watersports or lake views.
**The full size bunk beds have a weight limit of 250lbs up, 300 middle, 175 trundle. The twin metal bunk beds have a weight limit of 220lbs upper and lower.
**We do allow pets; however, there are requirements that must be met & a pet fee MUST be paid. Please discuss with us before booking.
**The water recreation is a good walk but is accessible by vehicle. We have 5 acres and you can drive right to the dock if desired. Too much to describe, so please see pictures
**The pool is open from all year and can be heated in the fall, winter, spring at an additional cost.
**Full disclosure the pool area and exterior entrances are covered by security cameras.

*CLEANING FEE DISCLAIMER: We are disenchanted that we have a pass-through cleaning fee so high these days but w/ everything going on in the country w/ higher costs & labor shortages, this is our new reality. We understand that when this fee is split by the large groups that is nominal per-person but we want you to know our hearts are that we wish it wasn’t so high regardless of that. It is a very large house to turn over in such a short amount of time & weekend help is extremely hard to find. We only have 1780 people that live here so we have to be the highest paid to retain the best & they are AWESOME! Conversely, we are pleased to remind you that we have so much included w/ this property (ask us for our items stocked list. Seriously, we provide SO much) You don’t need to bring trash bags or paper goods. We stock enough for your entire stay, not just a starter amount. Bathroom & facial tissues, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, salt & pepper shakers, DW detergent, laundry detergent, aluminum foil, zip lock bags, plastic Saran-type wrap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, Q-tips, cotton balls, hand soap, kitchen sponges, first aid kits, & Dawn dish soap. We have hospitality boxes w/ all sorts of things guests may forget. Our guests have told us in reviews that all they need to bring is food & clothes. One last thing on cleaning: If you are going to check out on a weekday, please inquire if there will be a break in this fee.
