Thank you for your feedback — we truly appreciate you choosing our lake home for your stay. I wanted to mention that prior to your visit, we updated all of the bedding throughout the home, including new sheets and comforters in every bedroom. Additionally, many of the linens were refreshed at that time as well, with several new sets placed in the basement bathroom and additional new linens available in the upper bathroom linen closet. We will be continuing to add new items for upcoming stays. As this is our family’s second home, which we also enjoy during the summer months, we rent it out sparingly as our schedule allows, and while we do our best to keep it welcoming and comfortable for guests, it may feel a little different than a full-time rental property. Regarding the view — the home offers beautiful lake-area views, but as with many properties in this region, the foliage naturally fills in during the summer months, which can partially obstruct the view. This seasonal change is common on the lake, and we’ll be sure to clarify that in our listing so guests know what to expect depending on the time of year. We also appreciate your note about closet storage and will look into ways to improve space for guest belongings.
