Recently remodeled, this spacious vacation home features four bedrooms plus a bonus sleeping room and 5.5 bathrooms, providing plenty of room to relax after days spent hiking, golfing, biking, or skiing. Modern mountain decor fills the home, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Unwind in the expansive great room by the floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace, curled up on the sofa with a book and a cozy blanket. During warmer months, step out onto the deck to enjoy sweeping mountain views, fire up the BBQ, or soak in the private hot tub while taking in the stunning Deer Valley Snow Park mountain vistas.

Kitchen:Begin your day in the well-appointed kitchen, ideal for whipping up a quick bite before heading to the slopes or mountain bike trails, or preparing a gourmet meal after a full day of adventure. This fully equipped space offers high-end appliances along with contemporary dishware, flatware, bakeware, and cookware befitting a luxury home. Additional amenities include a drip coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender, and a butcher-block knife set. Enjoy meals together at the dining table seating eight, with additional bar seating available at the spacious island.

Living Area:Step into the open-concept living room, where family and friends can relax on comfortable sofas and chairs while enjoying favorite shows or movies on the large flat-screen TV. The stone gas fireplace creates a warm, inviting, and romantic ambiance, perfect for gathering together. Expansive windows frame beautiful views of the Deer Valley Snow Park mountain peaks and surrounding aspen trees, bringing the outdoors in.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom on the third floor features a king-size bed, a small private deck, and a warming gas fireplace under vaulted ceiling and exposed wood beams. An oversized walk-in closet will easily hold all of your outdoor gear and clothing. The en-suite master bathroom features dual sinks, ample counter space and a beautiful deep soaking tub under a large picture window letting in natural light. There is a separate, generously sized tiled, glass-door shower.

Bedroom 2: The main-floor guest bedroom features newly installed wood flooring, a king-size bed, and a private en-suite bathroom with a dual shower/tub. A convenient powder room is also located on this level.

Bedroom 3: The guest bedroom on the lower-level features two queen-size beds and an en-suite bathroom with step in shower.

Bedroom 4: This newly added 4th bedroom is located in the lower-level which has a king size bed and a beautiful en-suite step in shower

Bonus Sleeping area: This additional sleeping area is located on the lower level. It features a custom-built bunk bed (queen over queen)An additional full bathroom with a step-in shower is located on the lower level near the mudroom, offering convenient access for guests staying in the bonus room.

Air Conditioning: While this home doesn't have central air conditioning, stay comfortable by opening windows at night to let in the cool mountain air. Close them and the blinds before sunrise to keep the house cool throughout the day.

Parking: The residence features a spacious two-car parking garage with two additional parking spaces outside on the driveway for guest use.

Location: Guilt Free is located a half-mile from Snow Park Lodge. A free city-wide shuttle stops nearby for easy access to Main Street, all local Resorts, Utah Olympic Park and the greater Park City area.
