New to VRBO, I am the original owner of this beautiful unit and have rented my unit through Outrigger resorts for 14 years. Due to living on island now and the pandemic, I am hoping to supplement their reservations with a few of my own through VRBO... :) Be the first to stay and rate this gorgeous condo!

This unit is a 1st floor walk out pool side in Building E just next to F building, behind the gym. It is near where the winding river part of the pool starts for easy access to your own bathroom or kitchen for snacks while enjoying the pool. Google maps, it is across from Safeway, Kapaa.

There is no quarantine starting April 5th!

The 1 Bedroom, 2 Bath unit is 'Luxury All The Way' and sleeps 2 to 4 comfortably. Featuring a King-sized bed in the master suite, newer queen sleeper/sofa in the Living room, gourmet Full-kitchen with stainless steel Sub Zero and Wolf appliances, solid granite counter tops, Travertine flooring, crown moldings, and a NEW Washer and Dryer. AND don't forget the LARGE 'soaking' tub in the Master Bath!! You wont even find these finishes at Hawaii's top resorts, where you'll pay twice the price!! Our condo is truly 'Top-of-the-Line'!!

Need more? How about 10 minutes from the airport, 5 min. from Lydgate Beach Park, golf and the famous 'Fern Grotto' & Wailua River (for boating, hiking & kayaking), AND literally 'across the street' from fine restaurants and shopping!!

Perfect Spot

Great location to see the island. Never more than an hour to any corner. The unit was exactly as advertised and just a few steps from the pool and ocean. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Outstanding Property

We enjoyed 11 nights at this property. The pool was fantastic, the beach was beautiful, the condo was perfect, and the resort staff were friendly and kind. I highly recommend staying here.

Second time at this property

We had a wonderful 9 days at this property. The pool is fabulous for the kids, our room was top notch, although the sofa bed could use a mattress update and the kitchen was missing a fee Items that would've been useful. All in all it was a wonderful place to stay with our family.

We LOVED our stay in paradise

Waipouli beach resort was a wonderful place to stay. The ground floor unit was perfect for us to have easy access to the beautiful pool area and beach. The pool with the 3 hot tubs and waterfalls was amazing. And James, the security guard, was an added bonus to our pool time. The room was very nice, but next time I think we would go for a two-bedroom unit. The pull-out bed was OK, but not the most comfortable for our 11 nite stay for our 18 and 20 yr. old kids. We LOVED the large fridge, oven, and dishwasher and enjoyed a few lunches on the patio. We would have loved a "welcome book" of some sort telling us about where to take the recycling, the fact that we can rent beach gear, suggestions for restaurants in the area etc. I am writing this as I look out the window at a yard full of snow----I miss Kauai!

I am originally from NY and have lived in CA, LA, NJ, and now HI. I have also traveled to Asia, S. America, Europe, and Africa and have gotten to experience many different cultures and people and come to love them.

It is one of the newest resorts on Kauai, which is the best island to visit to see what Hawaii "used to be". It is perfectly located between the north and south shores for easy access to all the island has to offer and only 8 miles to the airport. Almost anything you need across the street, yet a resort feel in this pool side unit.

1st floor walk out to pool from E building (same as the lobby) and behind the gym so you can use your own restroom and kitchen while at the pool. There are BBQ gas grills by the pool so plan an evening of delicious grilling while the kids enjoy the waterslides and mom is sipping her daiquiri in the sand bottom jacuzzi.
