I have the great pleasure to welcome you in my charming 32 square meters apartment, with terrace, located in Villers-sur-Mer.
It is perfect for vacations with family or friends and can accommodate 4 people!
You will stay ideally in the city center and at 3 minutes walk from the beach.

## Logement
My apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and includes :
- a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, oven, large fridge, freezer, toaster, filter coffee maker, kettle...
- a living room equipped with a sofa bed (140cm), a television and a stereo system (Bluetooth, Radio, CD, MP3)
- a bedroom with a double bed and a closet (umbrella bed available).
- a bathroom with toilet and towel dryer.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Private parking in the residence closed by an electric gate, free Wifi, hair dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board. You will also have a furnished terrace, where you can have lunch in the peace and quiet during the beautiful sunny days!
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

You will find everything you need nearby: bars, restaurants, markets and shops! For your daily shopping, you will find a Carrefour City and the CocciMarket respectively at 4 minutes and 15 minutes walk.

Visit the city's must-see attractions such as: the Casino Tranchant (5 minutes walk); the Pôle Nautique Villers Blonville (10 minutes) for sailing enthusiasts; the Parc Naturel Du Marais (4 minutes by car); the Paléospace (5 minutes); the Esplanade Mermoz (3 minutes) and the Falaises des Vaches Noires (5 minutes).

## Emplacement
Villers-sur-Mer concentrates all the charms of the Côte Fleurie: long sandy beach, elegant architecture and a charming town center. The emblem of this seaside resort is a dinosaur because it is located at the foot of the Vaches Noires cliffs which are known for their paleontological and geological wealth. Thus, you can follow one of the guided tours organized by the tourist office and visit the paleontological museum which presents the fossils discovered on the site. You can also discover the fauna and flora that inhabit the 30-hectare Villers marsh.
