2 master bedrooms, one on restaurant and shopping side of the street and the other on the golf course side.. close to shopping and many restaurants, looking over hole 9 of superstition springs golf course , air conditioned and heated pool, and a 10 person hot tub.with several different places for a picnic...near the pool. There are several barbecue’s inside this gated community, very comfortable.

The condo was very nice, clean and everything we needed. I would suggest putting a clock in the bedrooms. The pool was awesome! Lots to do in the area. We will be back next year!

We enjoyed being right in the midst of things and right outside was the golf course! We know Mesa and Gilbert very well and love that area! Have to figure out when we can come again! Great place!! Ray sent check in instructions early and was there to answer our questions if needed. I saw some other reviews about the cameras inside, but we simply unplugged them upon arrival and re-plugged them in when we left. No biggie! Additionally, check out instructions were specific and easy to follow. The rooms were great, beds were great, and bathrooms were great. Everything was super clean and all appliances were usable.The location was awesome -- the residents in the surrounding area were super nice, and we loved the walkable paths that hugged the ponds between the condos. We even saw some cool goose nests!!Additionally, the pool was awesome. Spending the day hiking and getting to relax in the hot tub was really wonderful. This place really made our trip so smooth! We are so appreciative! Can't recommend enough.

Getting into the property was a joke!! You system would not let me see my messages from the host. So, therefore I didn't have the gate code, the lock box code or where we were staying. It took us over 90 min. to get in. Not acceptable.

Good location

This was a good location, and easily accessible, however there were a few things that could have definitely been improved. The trash can lid in the kitchen was completely broken and had to be lifted almost completely off in order to use it, which was minor but an annoyance. The fridge lightbulb was just hanging and made it hard to utilize the top shelf of the fridge. The ceiling fan in the living room didnt work, so there was no air flow for the people sleeping out there. We were not able to change the thermostat from 74 at any point, so at night the AC didnt kick on, leaving it quite hot and stuffy even in the rooms with a celing fan that worked. There are also cameras recording in the main living area, that made us all feel uncomfortable. While I understand that it is common in air bnbs, it did make the whole family not want to spend much time in the main room and hard to relax. Overall the stay was much better than a hotel, was sufficient room for our family, and we didnt have any noise issues or any other issues with other tenants.

I’m not sure why you couldn’t lower the air conditioner. There’s no lock on it. I’ll have to look into that and sorry about the trashcan. Will definitely get a new one of those sorry for your frustrations.
