Unsere Ferienvilla bietet Ihnen Ferienspaß in einer herrlichen Wohngegend im Südosten von Cape Coral. Sie liegt an einem Salzwasserkanal der Sie direkt zum Golf von Mexico führt. (Adresse: 1221 SE 21st Ln Cape Coral)

Wir bieten Ihnen ein exklusives komplett eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit einer großen nutzbaren Wohnfläche. Auf 170 qm ist eine Wohlfühloase entstanden, in der bis zu 6 Personen den Alltag hinter sich lassen können. Nach einem langen
Tag mit unzähligen Impressionen der Stadt können Sie im Wohnzimmer oder in unserer Relaxecke auf dem Schaukelstuhl bei einem Roman oder einem guten Film entspannen oder über das Internet Ihre Erlebnisse mit den Freunden teilen. Wenn Sie gerne kochen, wird dies in unserer komplett ausgestatteten Küche zum Kinderspiel. Von 4-Plattenherd über Mikrowelle bis zur Kaffeemaschine ist alles vorhanden, um im Essbereich des Wohnzimmers ein zauberhaftes Frühstück, Mittag- oder Abendessen zu servieren. Sparen Sie morgens im geräumigen Badezimmer Zeit, besonders wenn Sie mit 6 Personen reisen. Durch zwei weitere Bäder mit WC sind Sie doppelt so schnell wieder mitten im Zentrum.
Unser Pool mit Poolbar, Liegestühle und Grillmöglichkeit sorgen weiter für Gemütlichkeit, damit Sie sich auch im Urlaub sofort wie zu Hause fühlen können. Wir haben ein Bootsdock mit Lifter und es besteht die Möglichkeit ein Boot anzumieten.

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious home that had more amenities included than expected. Home was very clean and inviting and located in a quiet neighborhood but very close to groceries, restaurants and activities. Host was exceptional at responding quickly, answering questions, and making recommendations. Thank you for sharing this lovely home!

House was nice, clean, very accommodating (beach chairs, pool floaties, etc.) beds were comfortable and furniture was nice! They have blinds on the sliding doors that bang and clang constantly when the fans are on - they need to get rid of these they’re annoying! The pool was FREEZING we couldn’t use it - even my husband was like no way it’s freezing (and he’s part polar bear!) this was super disappointing because this is one of the main reasons we chose this property. We had to refill the propane tank on the bbq - I sent a receipt and asked for reimbursement but have not heard back. Overall it was a nice stay. Just a few very minor hiccups.

Great property!

We just spent a month at this beautiful home and loved it!! Very comfortable inside and out..the pool was awesome and my husband fished everyday. Neighborhood is very quiet and close to plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. Would highly recommend and hope we can get back there sometime soon!!

This was an outstanding place to stay everything was first class. Clean and every detail was thought out for our stay. I would recommend this place to anyone wishing to get away and not have worry about any details. Every thing was provided for the stay. And the outdoor facilities were second to none. Wonderful

We had a wonderful time! The neighbors next to the house were very sweet and friendly. The house is located to easy drives to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The pool was clean and there is a TV outside to use while swimming. The pool bathroom was convenient. Overall the house was great we enjoyed our stay.

Gulf access home

Very nice home with quick access to open water. We rented a boat for 5 days while we were here and it was 15-20 minutes to open water. We went to Sanibel Island and Ft Myers areas as well as driving through the many canals. The kids loved the pool and it was a nice neighborhood to take morning walks. We would definitely stay here again.

Great House

The check in process and initial communication was a little flawed; but rapidly corrected. Everything else was wonderful. The house was beautiful with a wonderful layout, well stocked in the kitchen. Beautiful indoors and out. Owners were responsive throughout (could do basics like release for kayaks and bikes prior to check in or let guests know that in advance); but they did respond quickly about those things. The house itself and grounds made for a wonderful family spring break.

Fantastic Stay!!

My family and I had an amazing 10 days. We needed for needed for nothing. Amazing pool with inflatables. Bikes for riding around the neighbourhood. Kayaks to paddle the canals in search of Dolphins. Had a BBQ every day either for breakfast or Dinner. Close to all amenities. 10 minutes to the beach and 45 minutes to Sanibel Island. The owner was super helpful with some great advice. I could not recommend the property highly enough.

Yearly Family Vacation

We stayed here last year and loved it so much we had to come back again this year. The house is beautiful inside and out. It has everything you need and more. My husband and I enjoyed drinking our morning coffee out on the boat dock, watching the water and wildlife. It's beautiful and so peaceful. The kids absolutely loved the color changing lights in the pool this year. They thought it was the coolest thing ever. The neighborhood is super quiet. We will definitely rent again. Our yearly trip to Florida

We had a wonderful vacation, The house had everything that you need and more. The neighborhood was very quiet, and the neighbors next door were super sweet. The pool was very nice and clean and the TV outside was nice to watch at night after a long day at the beach. The house also has a few bikes and kayaks for you to use, even thought we didn't get a chance to use them. We were busy with other things this vacation, but it was nice to know we had them already at the house so we didn't have to being ours. Overall the house was perfect for our family vacation. Great stay

In 2020 my son and his girlfriend had already booked the Villa Katharina, but because of Covid, they could nott go. The owner was very nice and understanding and let them cancel their reservation. This time we booked the villa for the family. We had a great stay and really enjoyed our time in Cape Coral. The location is perfect. Some of the furniture is a bit run down. Also some dishes were chipped, the bed linens had holes and the towels were shabby. The kitchen could also need some more dishes, just barely a minimum is provided. Despite these complaints, we really enjoyed our stay at the villa. Silvia, the manager, was always very helpful and we were even allowed to stay a bit longer at the house, which was wonderful because we had a late flight.

Hi Sabine, Thank you for your comments and recommendations. I just wanted you to know we went down to Cape Coral in November we replaced the dishes and linens. We also replaced the livingroom furniture with a new couch, loveseat and rocker, the dishwasher, washer and dryer. We hope that you are abeto stay with us again during your next visit to Cape Coral.

We inherited a number of issues with the property. although we knew half the lanai screens were gone, wew were told by the owner they would be fixed "after" we left. the screen repair company showed up and took almost a week to replace the screens. The shower in the lania bathroom leaked and was never repaired. In general,, the communication was poor at best.

Hi, thanks for providing feedback on your stay with us. We’re so sorry about the communication issues, we have reviewed your concerns with the property manager in detail. They have terminated their relationship with the plumber that repaired the shower cartridge but broke the handle and failed to replace it. The lanai repair was scheduled for the week after your departure, however the management company was under the impression that you preferred the repair be made ASAP so the install date was moved up, I apologize if that was not the case. I’m sorry you feel that you inherited these issues, we take our guest experience very seriously and would never intentionally leave any maintenance issues unresolved before a guest arrives. Since your departure the shower handle has been replaced and we’ve inspected the entire property to ensure everything is in good working order. We’re very disappointed in ourselves that we weren’t able resolve everything to your satisfaction, but we would like to thank you for allowing us to compensate you for this. We hope you’ll give us another chance to host you in the future so you can get the full experience of this beautiful home."

Home in quiet neighborhood

We had a 5-week stay during which we encountered some issues. Dryer broke and was replaced in 5 days. Garage door broke and repair was not completed properly because door would go up with remote but not down. Replaced batteries but didn’t help. New induction stove/oven which was great but no instructions on how to use. No instructions provided by owner for operation of TV’s and accessing local/streaming channels. Owner was nice. For longterm guests kitchen cupboards had to be rearranged to make room for groceries. Bedroom closet shelves full of extra bedding so not accessible for use.. We made do and enjoyed our stay in spite of these issues.

Wouldn’t stay again

The house has curb appeal and the pool is nice. But, the house is very sparsely furnished with dishes and amenities. The appliances are old. The ice maker wasn’t working even tho the property manger said it was fixed. The oven didn’t work, leaving us with foods we couldn’t fix. The owner is from Germany so all monies you have to pay are assessed a foreign exchange fee, which added an additional $50 overall. When checking in, we found moldy foods in the cupboards and a dirty grill even tho the check in sheet stated we’d be charged for leaving the grill dirty. We’ve rented many homes and condos over the last 12/15 years, this was not worth the money. Beware of an extra electric charge too!!

super Haus, tolle Lage, alles vorhanden

Der erste Eindruck, einladend, gepflegt, ordentlich und eine großzügige Raumaufteilung, war von bleibender Erinnerung. Gerne würden wir wieder einen Urlaub, auch länger als eine Woche, in diesem Haus verbringen. Wir können es nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Auch der Check-In und Check-Out - Klasse.

Ein entspannter Urlaub in einem tollen Haus

Wir haben das Haus wie beschrieben vorgefunden und konnten so richtig abschalten und entspannen. Super Lage am Kanal. Herrlicher Pool und komfortabler Grill. Die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr ansprechend ausgestattet. Alles vorhanden. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen: Das 2. Innenbad war sehr klein (4 Erwachsene). Villa Katharina empfehlen wir gerne weiter.

Reisebürokauffrau war da

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einer tollen Villa am Kanal in Cape Coral. Sehr sauber, alles ordentlich und im perfekten Zustand mit Liebe zum Detail. Das Haus bietet Platz bis zu 6 Personen mit 3Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern ( draußen gibt es noch eine Dusche und WC für den Pool, der auch als normale Dusche nutzbar ist, da abschließbar). Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Haus nur empfehlen. Kleiner Tipp, Boot mieten und rausfahren zum Delphine und Manatees beobachten. In Fords Garage gibt es sensationelle Burger und auch sonst richtig tolles Essen. Und zum Frühstück Brötchen bei Pete s Bread holen ca. 5 km entfernt am Del Prado Boulevard . Walmart, Publix und ABC für Getränke in der Nähe um die Ecke. Wir kommen wieder!!!!

We engaged a realtor and tasked them with a very specific selection criteria. We required a minimum 1750 sq-ft, 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home with an open-modern floor plan, a pool with enclosed lanai. It had to have gulf access because when I eventually retire here, I plan on acquiring a boat. We wanted a property that met all of the latest Florida building codes and a home that was already a VRBO home because we knew it would be well maintained, furnished and already had an established following as a rental property. Finally, it had to be in a quiet family-oriented neighborhood but also convenient to shopping, restaurants and activities. When we found Villa Katerina, we knew we had found "The One". The house had been on the market less than one day and already had five offers. We were told we would have one opportunity to bid on the house and we went in with an offer 5% over asking. You can't imagine our disappointment when we were informed, we were outbid by one other offer. This was the first property in months of searching that net all of our criteria. We continued searching but never found "The One" again until we got a call from our realtor informing us that it was about to be relisted and were, we still interested. We immediately said yes and 30 days later Villa Katerina was ours and now she can also be yours.
