Our single story home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is located on the highly desirable West End of Sanibel. As a result, guests will enjoy a sense of serenity while still remaining close to all Sanibel has to offer. As a bonus, guests will receive exclusive access to the included deeded beach access this home offers.

The Space:
Mia`s Beach Escape has been recently renovated and is tastefully decorated and well-equipped to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. The first thing you notice when you walk in to the home is the spacious, open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors. The house is light and bright, and instantly makes you feel like you’ve escaped to a beach paradise.

The comfortable living room is perfect for curling up with your favorite book or watching your favorite show on the brand new flat screen smart TV so you can connect to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime or whatever streaming service you subscribe to. While we encourage you to try the wonderful restaurants on Sanibel, we have equipped the kitchen with everything you need to create a gourmet meal or just heat up leftovers. The stylish kitchen has new appliances, granite countertops, choice of coffee makers & blenders, plenty of serving dishes and glassware for entertaining family and friends and a bar area to mix or blend your favorite drinks.

There is a pass-through window from the kitchen to the lanai, making is easy to dine al fresco while sitting by the pool, cooking on the brand-new gas grill, and enjoying the tropical view. If you prefer to dine indoors, there is a gorgeous dining room table that comfortably seats 6 people and looks out onto the pool.

The pool area has comfortable lounge chairs and hammock, gas grill, dining table with chairs and umbrella as well as a bar area with seating. This is the perfect space to relax with a book, listen to your favorite tunes on the smart speaker, do a bit of exercise, or enjoy a cocktail.

While we know that you are looking for the perfect house to relax, sometimes work just can’t be avoided, so we have supplied the house with fast wifi to make sure your Zoom meetings run smoothly, plenty of charging stations, a work desk and printer, so you can still get down to business if duty calls.

There are 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms with plenty of closet space, new smart televisions with streaming, and access to the lanai, making it easy to enjoy your morning coffee in serenity. The master bedroom has a brand-new king sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower and walk-in closet. The second bathroom comes equipped with a bathtub. There is a queen bed in one of the bedrooms and queen bed in the other. Both of the bedrooms and second bath are located on the other side of the house from the master, allowing for privacy.

Doing your laundry is a breeze. Unlike other homes on the island with laundry in the garage, Mia’s Beach Escape has a fully equipped laundry room with a brand-new washer and dryer, ironing board and iron, steamer and storage area inside the home for your convenience.

Since Sanibel is a biker`s paradise, we are providing 6 bikes for you to enjoy the well-paved bike trails to get to restaurants, parks and shopping. There are also beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and a beach stroller so you can easily walk down to the deeded beach access and spend time relaxing, swimming or collecting unique shells. Or, if you’re looking to spend a little time indoors, we also provide board games, puzzles and books to keep you entertained.

This home is located on Sanibel`s West End, close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, entertainment, grocery, and more!

Interaction with Guests:
We are available as often as you would like, but provide guests with the space they need if assistance is not requested. Our goal is to make your not only your vacation but also your memories, the best of your life!
