Dunehaven STUDIO DÜNENZUGANG SEEFRONT Rückzugsort

Evan, we appreciate your kind words on your review. We want future guests to know that it is all that AND so much more! Dunes, lake, kayaks, canoes, rowboats, peaceful solitude, great ammenities, plus, plus, plus! Future guests may be confused by the incongruity of your positive review, yet only a 3 star rating. We thank you for privately sharing your experience with us post stay. We understand that your star rating was impacted by a personal matter with guests staying at a nearby rental. We will utilize this opportunity for a reminder to guests to PLEASE reach out to your hosts for ANYTHING in the moment. We are here to assist you in any way possible and solely want for you to have an amazing getaway! Again, Evan, I am so sorry they sullied your experience. Take care.

Thank you so much for staying with us, Jeff! I appreciated your feedback when we spoke. I also would like to know how VRBO averages! How do we end up with a FOUR star overall when TWO 5 star and ONE 4 star ratings were given?? Also, knowing that you were "comparing us to a 5 star resort", we will HAPPILY accept that one 4 star!!! Unfortunately, in VRBO World, "4" stars implies something is wrong or missing. Thank you for assuring us that it was not. We strive to provide our guests with an amazing getaway. We enjoyed you staying and hope you can come back soon!!

Thank you so much for your feedback, Robert. Firstly, I want to encourage you AND future guests to reach out to your hosts for anything at all when you're staying in their homes. We are extremely responsive and want all of our guests to have an amazing time! We are constantly working on assuring routine maintenance and upgrades are continuing. The road takes much abuse and can get a little rough, especially during summer with the very heavy traffic. The work on it will continue when the after the season and as weather allows. I do wish you had reached out about the sheets. I would have had you immediately dispose of the stained sheets and directed you to new ones. I have a very strict rule with my housekeepers to throw away any stained or torn linens. I am sorry that those got overlooked. While you may not enjoy it, our decor receives almost as many accolades as the location, lake, and dune access! We have many guests who simply come for the relaxation and lake! We are keenly aware that these homes used to be "flop houses" prior to our ownership. They are no longer! We do appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention and we thank you so much for staying with us, Robert!
