The pool is wide-open to the South Western daylight exposure as the beautiful golf course meets up with the property line. The foreground highlights the San Jacinto Mountains and paints the blue valley sky with its remarkable peaks and ridges. The back patio is furnished with a dining table for six, and a nearby covered lounge area, making it an ideal place to enjoy meals with family or friends al fresco style. Once you've enjoyed watching the sunset behind the mountain ridge as the brilliant mixture of colors dissolve in the dark desert sky, cuddle up around the outdoor fire pit with a cup of hot cocoa or a glass of wine and share stories as the stars above come to life!

Shooting Star is perfectly located for fun in the sun, stargazing by night, and taking in the stunning Palm Springs desert landscape! After playing a round of 18 or hiking on the nearby trails, head into downtown and experience the vibrant shops and restaurants that line Palm Canyon Drive! For a bit of fun away from the main drag of town, check out the beautiful Moorten Botanical Garden (four miles away) or take a ride on the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway!

THINGS TO KNOW
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.
-This home is managed by Vacation Palm Springs Real Estate, Inc.

1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 99 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
