Take full advantage of Palm Springs' year-round sunshine in this light and bright vacation rental with a large courtyard with a sparkling private pool. Outfitted with two glass-enclosed patios, both overlooking the pool deck, this will be just the place to enjoy the warm evenings. Three chaise lounge chairs can be used to soak in the sun or relax in the shade of the mature trees. The private saline pool and spa make for a lovely escape from the heat or evening soak as well. Inside, the living room offers a comfortable couch, additional seating for entertaining, an HDTV, and a fireplace to finish off this welcoming space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, numerous small appliances, utensils, and service ware, so you can enjoy home-cooked meals inside with dining for four, or dine alfresco on the outdoor patio.

For a bit of fun right near home base, enjoy early morning or evening walks on the lovely and well-maintained greenbelt just outside the patio. Also in the complex is a shared tennis court to indulge in a bit of friendly competition. Venture into downtown, just two-and-a-half miles away, and you will have full days of fun with endless restaurants, boutiques, and attractions lining Palm Canyon Drive. If you happen to have a more outdoorsy group, wake up early and treat yourself to a hike on the foothills of Mount San Jacinto. Even more fun can be found at Joshua Tree National Park, just 35 miles away!

-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-For reservations longer than 28 nights, a utility deposit is $1500 for 28 nights, with $125 added for each additional week the guest stays.
