Designed by the renowned architect William Krisel and featured in the 2018 Palm Springs Modernism Week home tour, this gorgeous mid-century home provides a spectacular setting for your next getaway to the desert. This four-bedroom retreat, which sits at the base of the mountains in the storied neighborhood of Vista Las Palmas, was recently renovated from top to bottom, preserving the original integrity and style of the house while enhancing its comfort and privacy. Enjoy 10-foot ceilings, uniquely assembled pieces of art, and floor-to-ceiling windows that bring commanding views of the mountains indoors. Outside, a private saltwater pool, a separate hot tub, and a gas grill await, allowing you to spend your days lounging in the sun, watching the sunset in the warmth of the gas firepit, and dining al fresco amid lighted landscaping.
At night, you'll find three bedrooms in the main part of the house - a master suite with a king-size bed and a spa-like bathroom (including a shower that connects to the outdoors), a second bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a third bedroom with two twin beds. The fourth bedroom suite is located in a separate wing, offering a king-size bed and amazing views of the mountains.

This home is located in Vista Las Palmas, a renowned neighborhood adjacent to downtown Palm Springs that's famous for its beautiful homes and celebrity appeal. You'll be an easy walk from Palm Canyon Drive (three-quarters of a mile east), which is lined with some of the best restaurants, boutiques, art galleries, and nightlife in the desert, and a few minutes' drive from a wide assortment of world-class golf courses. If you're looking to take in a spectacular view of your surroundings, be sure to take a ride on the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway only six miles west.

-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
