Guests will access every part of the Apartment including the deck and BBQ in the very large and spacious yard.
There is a 2 car parking pad accessed via the back alley road

REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF $250 TO BE COLLECTED FROM GUEST UPON ARRIVAL
No walking with shoes in the house, this helps to keep our floor in good shape.
Dishes should be washed after use.

No Shoes allowed on carpet in the apartment. All shoes to be kept in shoe tray by doorway.
A lot of neighbours work very early, so quiet times must be observed to respect them. Quiet times are 10pm to 7am
