The cottage, has a fenced in backyard and large off-street parking that can accommodate a boat. The home is on a quiet street and has an open floor plan that provides charm and modern amenities.

March 2025 Renovations: Both bathrooms were fully remodeled. All bedrooms had new carpet installed.

Just two block from the waterfront. No interior steps or stairs - a 1 level Bungalow that is easy to navigate.

Enjoy all the dining and shopping options that downtown Beaufort has to offer or get out and explore all that nature has to offer on the Crystal Coast. Comfortably sleeps six in three bedrooms. Up to 1 pet is allowed, but there is a daily pet fee if a pet is on the property.

We spent a long weekend at the Broad Street Living -Cottage. We had a great time and enjoyed the time in Beaufort. We always travel with our Mini-Dachshund and she loved the backyard. We would highly recommend this cottage. Note: The only hiccup during our stay was Broad Street was being worked on and really dusty.

This home is everything you could want in a stay. The location is great, easy to the highway, easy to downtown and its a quiet neighborhood. The Broad Street Property was perfect for our trip. The home was clean and well organized. The bedrooms were spacious for two couples and a teen. The bathrooms and main living area were also comfortable and clean. The location was excellent - just a few blocks from Front Street, restaurants, shopping and the ferry. We went to Atlantic Beach everyday, just 15 minutes away. I would highly recommend this property and am already planning to return.

Beaufort is perfect for a family getaway!

Great and stress free

Great place to stay. The hosts clearly care and do their best to provide everything you may need. The kitchen was great, fully stocked. Comfy couch. Only drawback for me was the bed sizes being double instead of queen, as I struggle with shoulder pain. But overall, I would definitely stay again. My dog loved the yard.
