Hello, and thank you for taking the time to review our property. We are sorry you were not completely satisfied with your stay. Our cottage is just as depicted in the pictures online including the bathroom which was recently remodeled. We are happy to hear that it was nice and clean, the beds were comfortable and the ac worked well. We are on regularly scheduled pest control but try as we might being we are located in the Ozark mountains from time to time a bug may make their way in. We do also own the Quality in which is the property that adjoins this rental. Because of this the added amenities of the pool area and free breakfast are added to this rental as an extra bonus. I actually have a thing that hooks up to hot tub cover and lifts it off, but I don’t have enough room to put it around the side of the hot tub, I’m glad you reminded me that I need to get something to get that off easy. I’m so sorry you ladies had trouble with it.
