We take cleaning seriously. We wash all bedding, mop the floor, and wipe down all commonly touched surfaces with BLEACH at every check out. I'm new to VRBO but experienced in short term rentals.

- 96 WALK SCORE: Short 15 minute walk to the Hollywood Blvd Walk of Fame. A few places within walking distance: Hollywood Wax Museum, El Capitan Theatre, Museum of Illusions, Hard Rock Cafe, TCL Chinese Theatre, Pantages Theatre, and plenty of restaurants, bars & cafes.

THINGS TO NOTE:
All four units on this property are listed on VRBO. The hot tub is in the back of the property and shared with four units. The walls are a little thin, so please control the noise level. Being in the heart of Hollywood, you may see homeless people around, and that's why we have the front gate. Please keep it closed.

Spacious, convenient location

Unit was a great size and a convenient walk to the star walk and Chinese Theater. Having garage parking inside the gated complex made us feel secure. Overall a good stay, thank you!

Amazing property. Amazing location.

Very spacious. Easy walking distance to Chinese Theater and Hollywood Walk of Fame. Lots of great food options nearby. A short drive into the Hollywood hills and Universal Studios. This was absolutely perfect for our family vacation.

Great stay!

Nice property, clean. There were some broken drawers in the kitchen and the garage clickers were broken. Close to Universal Studios and nearby to other LA attractions and food! Property manager was easy to get a hold of and made check-in and check-out process simple and easy.

Family trip to Universal Studios Hollywood

Great location, walkable to great restaurants. There is a park nearby as well we didn’t have time to visit but looked kid friendly. An easy drive to Universal and so much better than a hotel! The hot tub was fun for the kids. Overall the property was exactly as described and the host was very clear and responsive. Thank you!

Clean and well equipped

I had my and my friends family at this place for one night. The location is so nice 1 street away from holloywood blvd and all the places are just a walk away. The parking entrance and garage entrance was a bit tight for 7 seater cars but it was really easy to get in and out of the property. On the inside these guys have almost eveything you need with a family and also the TV in the main hall has all the channels to watch sports without any activation or difficult steps to it The kitchen is well equipped for getting a breakfast or a meal ready. The restrooms were clean and had all the towels which is a really big relief with kids I would recommend this place for sure . It has nice roomy and airy rooms also

Great communication and location

The check in process was very easy, the pictures are very accurate, the place smelled like cleaning supplies when we walked in and was actually clean, the location was close to everything, and we really enjoyed ourselves. I wish one of the single best rooms had two full beds vs one queen because the sofa bed wasn’t comfortable. The sofa; however, was comfortable without being pulled out into a bed. The area to get out is also awkward and tight but overall this place is worth the booking. Definitely stay with them if you are visiting Hollywood/Los Angeles. They were also really nice and communicate easily and quickly.

The place is nice, we didn't use any appliances so i can't comment on them. It could have been cleaner, the doors and window sills were not clean. The rugs were stained in the master bedroom. We liked have the breeze so we opened the windows and the area is very loud but not horrible. Over all we gave it a4 star rating. The host was attentive. And provided great instructions.

Place would be great if it was actually cleaned

The actual property has a great layout and location. But the cleaning fee is ridiculous. We walked in to stuff all over the floor and other people's hair in the showers. Couldn't even walk around barefoot. The owner charged an extra $420 because we had a couple people over to eat dinner, saying we had a "party." There was no party. Just friends gathering. They say they have camera footage... but so do we. As the whole day/night was being live streamed. All of our friends who came over for dinner left before 9pm. So be careful

We're sorry to hear about your cleaning concerns; we normally address any issues raised to us during the reservation regretfully this was never mentioned to us and we could have done something about it if you only have reported it right away. Regarding the additional fee, we received a complaint from the unit right beside you about noise, yelling, and disturbance, which prompted the additional charge. We take such matters seriously and have documented evidence, we submitted documents to Vrbo.
