Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home during their stay, including all four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, four-season game room, laundry room, and attached garage.

The driveway offers ample parking for multiple vehicles, trailers, boats, and ATV/UTVs, making it easy to bring your outdoor toys. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the outdoor spaces, including the fire pit and yard.

For your convenience, you'll receive a personalized door code before check-in for easy, contactless access.

Trail Access: Ride your ATV/UTV or snowmobile directly from the driveway to the Jackson & Clark County trail system. Please follow all local trail rules and seasonal closures.

Garage: Guests are welcome to use the garage and all items in the garage

Wildlife: Deer, wild turkeys, and other wildlife are common visitors—please enjoy them from a safe distance.

Winter Travel: During winter months, 4WD/AWD is recommended during snow events.

Family Friendly: We provide a highchair, Pack 'n Play, board games, and outdoor games for families to enjoy.

Extra Sleeping: Additional sleeping options include futons and air mattresses for larger groups.

Respect the Neighborhood: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. No parties or events are permitted.
