This large vaulted ceiling Villa is located in the middle of the the North Course's 5th hole in the Fairways Silverado Resort and Spa. The north course is where the PGA Tour is played yearly. Enjoy duel suite bedrooms and baths with two private patios for morning and afternoon sun exposure and views of 5th fairway and green. Villa is set off the course for privacy and shelter from players. Private heated pool is available during spring and summer. Full Kitchen with all needed cookware and cutlery. The Silverado Resort is available for public access and dinning. Enjoy breakfast café coffee at the market, outdoor lunch or dinner at the grill or Mansion. Market has a deli, bottled wine and other adult beverages. An ideal location to visit all of Napa and the Silverado Trail or stay on site for seclusion.

Minimum Stay is one (3) Night stay. Per HOA rules.

When we arrived at the house we found the lockbox was open with the key exposed. The front door was already unlocked, which was worrisome especially since we arrived after dark. Upon entering, we found a robot vacuum on the floor in the middle of one of the bedrooms and a crumpled receipt on the floor a few feet away. There were no plugs in the bathroom sink drains and there was a used sponge in the sink. Overall there was quite a bit of dust as well. The front courtyard and back patio were quite cluttered/messy.

Hidden Slice of Napa Heaven

My wife and our friends travelled to Napa for her birthday surprise and the location was perfect. Nestled away along the fairway, just outside the city limits, Matt's getaway was close to everything but gave us the quiet getaway we wanted to go along with our wine experience. Matt was extremely helpful providing information about the area, as well as private drivers vs tours etc. Our friends were amazed with the stay and loved the area. We'd definitely look to stay here again on our next visit.

Nice roomy condo on I believe the 5th hole on the North course. Great to sit outside on the patio with the wide open space. Room for a big family with all the beds, extra bedding and numerous patio seating options and fireplaces. Matthew was easy to communicate with and check in was a breeze. Bathrooms, Kitchen and appliances clean, very nice and modern, lots of space and snacks. Comfy bed in front bedroom.

Came up for my birthday to do wine tasting for the day. Knew we would need a spot to stay as we were coming up to napa from the east bay. Found this listing and booked immediately. It was easy to check in, the property was very clean and location was great. I would absolutely book with this host again if I take another napa trip.

Very accommodating

We were a group of 8 and there was enough beds to accommodate all of us. We were only there for 1 night so we didn't get to enjoy the grounds much but it was in a location that appeared safe as it was gated. The house had board games (but didn't get to play any) and all the kitchen ware you may need. They offered complimentary Keurig coffee and tea. prior to checking in the owner was kind enough to mention to use what is there to make our stay more comfortable so we thought that was really kind of them as we did use some cooking ingredients that we forgot to bring ourselves (thank you for that). The Beds were very comfortable as well. I would like to recommend maybe upgrading the toilet paper to 2ply. I also read the rule binder which was helpful to refer back to when we were about to check out, however, it said to sign the guest book but I didn't see a guest book around. Anyways we definitely enjoyed your home away from home and hopefully plan to come back and rent it again. Thank you for a lovely stay =)

Matthew was very communicative and accommodating. We had some trouble accessing the lockbox, but Matthew was readily available to address the issue. Plenty of beds to accommodate my family, board games and puzzles for the kids, 2 tv’s to share between the teens. Great stay! Would return.
