The space
Condo is on the 19th floor of professionally-managed, family-oriented, modern high-rise condominium community in one of the best areas of San Jose. High Speed Fiber Optic Internet, over 100/12 Mbps. There are 2 good size bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, each with a "rainfall" shower. The master bedroom comes with king-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and private bathroom and walk-in closet with PC-sized safe and gives access to 2nd balcony. For the 2nd bedroom, guests have the option of either (i) 1 king-size bed (king conversion) or (ii) 2 twin-size beds. Includes ceiling fan and large closet. The living room has sofa bed, pop-up laptop-friendly coffee table, ceiling fan and balcony access. Living room balcony has chairs and small table to enjoy incredible valley and mountain views. Kitchen is fully equipped to make a gourmet meal. Personal amenities include hair dryer, hair straightener, curling iron, clothes iron and steamer. Shampoo and body wash dispensers in each of the 2 showers. Three (3) TV’s, each with premium cable (HBO) and Amazon Fire Stick. Living room TV 55” QLED 4k Smart. Parking for one car on 1st floor of connected secure parking garage. Condo not suitable for the use of wheelchairs, due to space limitations. No children 12 years or younger, due to two 19th floor open-air balconies. No pets. Nightly room rate reflects price for up to 4 adult guests with no extra per person charges, which is great value. 3-night minimum stay. Weekly/Monthly discounts. On-site property manager provides assistance/recommendations before and during stay.
Guest access
Full access to condo unit. For common areas, condo rules allow only registered guests (no visitors) at tempered pool and gym areas. North and South (BBQ) lounges available for guests with more than 30 days stay.
Other things to note
The Condominium Community, including my guests, are required to abide by the Condo's Board of Directors and Administration rules. Rules will be included with the short-term rental agreement. Condo Association rules require me to provide them at least 3-business day advance notice of my guest(s) arrival, with required quick-to-complete (i) completed & signed short-term rental agreement, (ii) front desk/security form and (iii) copy of passport picture page of all guests. Rental agreement and security form provided at the time of confirmed booking. Please note that I am not able to accept any bookings within three (3) days of arrival, since I am required to provide my condo association three (3) day advance notice of arrival.
