Sunsets are this a contemporary furnished condo located in the Turquoise Tower on the 4th floor at Blue Residences.
This vibrant & colorful condo is full air-conditioned. Master bedroom is set up with a King Bed and Ocean view, what a way to wake up! Private bathroom. Guest bedroom has a Queen Bed and full bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen. The spacious dining/living area has an amazing view, and a sofa bed which unfolds to a full-size bed. This condo comes with washer and dryer. One step into the balcony through sliding doors as you gaze out at the ocean. You can access the balcony from the living room or the master bedroom. Wi-Fi. TV’s in all rooms.
We want you to feel entirely relaxed welcomed here in this Condo, where you will be captured by the attractions and amenities from the complex.
Nearby you can enjoy shopping, fine dining, water sports, casinos, ATM, food market and golf at Robert Trent Jones II 18-hole championship golf course or at the striking and conveniently located Divi's 9-hole course.

Amenities and features:
• Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 11:00 am
• Free Wi-Fi in the unit and common areas.
• Cable TV with flat screen in bedrooms and living room.
• Central A/C system with distinct zones that can be independently controlled by thermostats to keep everyone comfortable.
• Each bathroom has their own white towels and blue beach towels in the vanity.

• The Condo is 1,010 SQ ft. for a maximum of 4 guests.

We really loved the location of this property with its on-site pool amenities and access across the street to the beach. It was a quiet property which is what we were looking for. I would have preferred more quick responses to my inquiries but the host did always respond!

It was our first time in Aruba so we weren’t sure where anything was. This is a great location. Just a 15 minute walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We enjoyed having coffee on the little patio in the morning. The sunsets were stunning. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The only drawback was the air conditioner. The vent didn’t work very well in the master bedroom. The temperature was warmer in the bedroom than the rest of the condo. The staff were pleasant and very helpful!

This was a wonderful facility to stay at. The view was incredible, as advertised and the bed was nice and firm. The furnishings were what you might expect in a rental property, but adequate to their purpose. The staff at this facility were very friendly and helpful. We had difficulty trying to figure out how to work the lock, but a maintenance worker provided helpful instructions and we had no further trouble. We requested some help with the shower drainage, which they also solved in the Master bath, the guest shower drained very slowly.Overall we had a wonderful stay and will definitely consider Blue Residences in the future.

The Condo was very clean. Bed was super comfortable.Sunset views we amazing. Close walk to the beach.When we were trying to find the Condo only knew Blue Condo We drove around for 40 minutes until someone helped us out, I reached out to host for the name of the property and got no reply.

Excellent apartment

We spent 8 nights here in June 2023. The deck for watching the ocean and sunsets was amazing. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was adequate for us, the SuperFoods is quite close and has good selection. We appreciated the elevator, the multiple pools and the washer/dryer. The check in was quick and easy and Ursula was a big help when we had questions. We recommend this apartment!

Seaside Condo

The property was great and was a great location to walk to the high rise hotels district for restaurants and shopping. We only had a few very minor issues with having to have some lightbulbs changed, shade fixed and finding out how to unlock the air so we could set our own temperature. Everything was fixed in a very timely manner. The larger issue was that there was a strong sewer smell the whole time we were there.
