The home features 5 bedrooms, 3 & 1/2 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living area with an open floor plan. Plus, there are four rocking chairs on the front porch, a dining table for 6 on the large patio, and a wine refrigerator in the kitchen.

This luxurious Nashville home is the perfect place to relax and explore Music City. The home is located in the heart of the 12th South neighborhood, just steps from hot spots like Hattie B's, Zanies Comedy Club, and The Urban Juicer. It's also a short Uber ride to Downtown Nashville.

This two-story home features gorgeous modern and high-end finishes throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need to cook a delicious meal, including a wine refrigerator. The living area is spacious and inviting, with a large fireplace and a smart TV. The open floor plan creates a sense of airiness and makes the space feel even larger.

Great location & property

This house was perfect for 4 couple’s get away weekend. The location is great for walking to 12 Ave S shopping & a quick Uber ride from Broadway. The house was clean & comfortable. Lynda was super responsive & helpful. We had a great stay- we only wish we could have stayed longer.

This home was beautiful and so clean. The host was very responsive and helpful. There was plenty of parking space also. We were a group of 11 women in town for a concert and had plenty of room, and truly enjoyed our stay here.

Quick stop in Nashvillle

My family had a quick stopover in Nashville but wanted to be close to downtown to see some sights before heading off to other destinations. This property was as described and had plenty of beds for a family. Location was 10 mins from downtown tourist areas. Perfect place for our stay.

Wonderful House and Location

The house was very clean, exactly as pictured and included very comfortable beds. The location is perfect - only a few minutes from Vanderbilt, downtown and other fun neighborhoods. Publix grocery store is within walking distance and made it very easy to grab food or last-minute items. The owner was very nice and extremely responsive. I can't recommend this house enough.

Wonderful house

Myself and 8 people were visiting Nashville for the first time for a 30th birthday celebration. The house was just like the pictures. There was plenty of room for everyone, layout was great, and perfect location close to everything. Lynda, our host, was exceptional. She accommodated our travel arrangements nicely and was easy to communicate with. 10/10.

Perfect for Our Group of 10

We had a great stay at this property with our group of 5 couples. Only an 8 minute Uber ride to Broadway and the house is located in a nice area. Beds were comfortable and the property was clean and provided a great open kitchen/living area where we could all hang out together comfortably. The property provided everything we needed and communication with the host was quick and easy!

Beautiful and comfortable home

Our extended family spent a weekend in Nashville for a family event - the house perfectly fit two children and six adults. The home is well appointed and maintained-feels almost new! The beds are very comfortable and most had flat screen televisions for personal use. The owner was very welcoming and attentive to our questions. The grocery store is literally a block away, making it easy to stock up what we needed. I would recommend staying here and hope to visit again !

Great house for groups!

We stayed here for my bachelorette party with a group of twelve and the house was perfect!! We would definitely stay here again :) Only thing was the trundle beds in the bunk room don’t really pull out, it seems they get stuck on the carpet. We didn’t need to use them so it wasn’t a big deal but if you’re counting on them, I wouldn’t!

Weekend stay

The propeety was nice and well maintained. Immediately located a vomit stay on a rug in the upstairs bedroom. Communicarion with owner was great via txt and calls but issues qith the Vrbo app. All ubers, neighbors, and security informed us of the neighborhood and issues ir comes with. Overall enjoyed my stay and would book again.

Nashville Getaway

The home is well located in the 12th South neighborhood, with easy access to 12 S and 8th Ave grocery and restaurants. While just three of us stayed here, the home can accommodate a large party with plenty of space for everyone. The home is brand new. Beds super comfortable. And Lynda was very attentive and quick to respond. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a walkable experience in central Nashville.

Great Sty Near Downtown

Had a great time at Lynda’s with some visiting friends. The house is large and clean, and has a large living space and kitchen. The house is close to downtown, and was a ~$25 dollar Uber XL to Broadway or Midtown depending on the time. One thing of note is that we only found 10 beds while we were there. It is possible there were additional pull out beds in the couch or somewhere else that we did not notice, but just to note that there were 10 made up beds when we arrived, and there other two would likely be in the common space. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back!

Great home in a great location

This vacation home was perfect for our family gathering of 9 adults. There were ample beds and bathrooms as well as plenty of space for hanging around together enjoying great cooking, game playing, and socializing. An uber to downtown was around $9 for 4 people or $25 for XL. The home is lovely and clean inside with tasteful decorations and not any clutter. The fixtures are all high-end and in good working order. The host, Lynda, made booking easy - even when VRBO had issues with my payment that caused me to have to create a second account just to pay for the reservation. Checkin/checkout was a breeze. Initially there were some broken chairs, but a handyman was sent the next day to fix. Overall wonderful stay.
