Accommodation:
The apartment is located on the ground floor, limiting the number of stairs and offering a view of the bay without being disturbed by the palm trees.

This comfortable apartment will be completely renovated in December 2021. All furniture and appliances have been renewed.
The air conditioning has also been changed and its power increased.
In 2023, a 300L ACS-compliant water tank was installed, enabling the apartment to be supplied with water without having to deal with water shortages.
In 2024, the bay window was replaced and the step was removed to allow full access between the living room and kitchen.

The entrance to the apartment features a large dressing room accessible via sliding doors, allowing you to store all your clothes and belongings.

Then you'll enter the main room, where you'll find a queen-size bed with mosquito netting and a desk area.
Further into the room, you can relax on a corner sofa (convertible into a second double bed) and watch your favorite TV shows and series on the 40" 4K connected TV and Livebox TV. The whole apartment has high-speed wifi.

Finally, you'll reach the loggia, where you'll find a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, combined microwave/grill, dolce gusto pod machine, toaster, citrus juicer and, of course, all kitchen utensils) and dining area featuring a round table and comfortable armchairs.
The loggia has sliding windows and a bay window equipped with a mosquito net, so you can enjoy the view of the tropical garden and the sea at any time without being bothered by mosquitoes, heat, cold, rain...

The bathroom is equipped with a washer-dryer and a large walk-in shower. A hairdryer is also available.

A cordless vacuum cleaner, ironing board and steam iron are also available.

Bed linen and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

A cool box, parasol, beach towels and 2 masks and snorkels are available for your relaxation at the beach.
