Onward!
My husband and I are long term Estes Park locals and history buffs, and immediately fell in love with the Twin Owls Cottage. It's in an historic neighborhood and is one of the older buildings in the Estes Park Valley, so this is your chance to stay in an authentic home that still has convenient access to downtown and the National Park. It's been fully restored and modernized, with fast wifi, proper heating, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Twin Owls Cottage is a two story gem just blocks from the town's best restaurants and shops. The main floor features a large, open dining and living area, complete with comfortable sofas and chairs, and lots of natural light. A cozy fireplace is great for the winter months. The kitchen, plus a bathroom a and bedroom are on that main floor. The lower level features another bathroom, plus a bedroom with a full size bed and another bedroom with two twins. We also have a pullout couch in the downstairs media area.
There's a well-equipped kitchen, plus outdoor living space for your family and friends to have outdoor meals.
Past guests have raved about our home:
“… The house was spotless, which was huge for us. The bedsheets, bathroom... everything looked and smelled clean.”
“… We absolutely loved this home! Our family of 5 had lots of room to sprawl out. Plenty of parking, great location (even better than expected), nice cozy furniture with two areas to watch movies, and very clean.”
"… Wonderful stay in an impeccably clean, well-equipped and perfectly located house in Estes Park! Will certainly return..”
"… We loved staying here! The house is super cute and it is seriously only 5 minutes into town. Can’t beat the location. Very quiet neighborhood."
Our favorite part of the home is its perfect location. A picturesque drive up the canyon, along the banks of Fall River, takes you to the entry to Rocky Mountain National Park in about five minutes. Meanwhile, it's just a short, leisurely stroll to town for drinks, meals and shopping.
