Master Bedroom: Features a king-size bed, lounge chair, and stunning views. Equipped with an extra cot, pack n play, and portable high chair for your little ones.
Grande Bedroom: An oversized space with two queen beds and a private fenced patio with outdoor seating.
Third Room: Includes 2 single beds and a trundle for a total of 4 beds, featuring a charming peacock chair and an en suite bathroom with a concrete rain shower.

PETS
We happily welcome your furry companions! Please register them by including them in your guest count (e.g., 6 guests, 2 pets).

POOL HEATING
The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $250 per day. We run on propane to heat the pool. Please contact us 12 hours before you want to heat the pool.

NOISE
A gentle reminder: we have a strict policy against loud parties and outdoor music. Quiet hours are from 8 AM to 10 PM. Recent legislation from the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors classifies violations of the short-term rental ordinance as criminal misdemeanors, with fines increasing from $100 for first-time violations to $5,000 for repeat offenses. Sound travels easily in the desert, so please be mindful of your noise levels.

The road leading to the house includes a small dirt section, but it is well-maintained and accessible for all types of vehicles.
