This desert oasis is located at latitude 36 degrees north (hence its name) and just a few blocks off the magnificent Vegas Strip near the MGM Grand®, Mandalay Bay, New York New York, Luxor and Excalibur. The resort’s design and décor were inspired by the age of Parisian Art Deco. From the outside in, fun and funky colors and style reflect a functional, lavish and ultra-modern spirit. Relax by the covered pool, or sunbathe on the outdoor deck.

Parking:
On site, one vehicle per villa. For oversize vehicles, please contact the resort for information on Las Vegas area accommodations.

Shuttle Service:
Shuttle will depart every 30 minutes from 10 am to 11 pm and will stop only at Planet Hollywood Hotel & Casino. Pick up at Planet Hollywood will be based on seating availability. ADA shuttle requests must be scheduled at least 2 hours in advance at the Front Desk. There will be no shuttle runs at 12:00 pm, 12:30 pm, 7:00 pm, and 7:30 pm.

Monorail: Closest pickup is at MGM Grand Resort Casino with stops at major Casino Resorts. All Day Passes Available for a fee.

Excellent - well equipped/great location!

Stayed here while my daughter did a ballet intensive, we loved it! The property was well maintained and offered a peaceful retreat. Everything we needed was conveniently located, making our stay incredibly enjoyable.

Nice

We had a wonderfull stay, we enjoyed the apartment, we took the shuttle back and forth. Some days the chauffeur decided to do last turn at 11:30pm which was wonderfull because if you booked a show at 9:30pm it would finish by 11 pm.and give you time to talk the last shuttle. We gave her extra tip because she made a extra later run. The only thing the poolwater was cold, for the rest we enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it.

Well equipped room and great location

The room here is better than those in regular hotels. It has a kitchen where you can do cooking. It also has a washer and dryer. The couch in the living room can be converted to a bed. The location is great, just two blocks away from the MGM casino. But its local environment is very quiet. Unique in Las Vegas, there are no slot machines in it. Besides, from the window of my room at the 3rd floor I could overlook the Las Vegas airport.

Great Weekend Spot!

Stayed here with family for a quick weekend trip to a music festival. Flight was delayed, but staff was super helpful and had no issues with late check in. Room was super clean and comfortable. Location is a bit off the strip, so super quiet, but a little further than some people might prefer. Shuttle to Tropicana was super helpful for this, just wish it ran a little later into the night. Recommend to anyone looking for a resort type experience at a good price!

Good place for the most part

The unit itself was exactly what we needed. Enjoyed the location as well as the shuttle to and from PH. The place was exoran and we’ll kept as well. Very nice to have access to the pool on our level as well. Enjoyed having a couple of eating options within the same complex as well as a small convenience store. Keep in mind however that you are staying at a Time Share location. After you check into the property at some point you will be called a few times whether it’s on your room line or your personal phone in file with the front desk to be asked if you want to see a presentation. The bait is $100 Mastercard. We didn’t have the interest or time to watch it. Everything else was fine with the exception of the first night being awakened at 2:30am by security doing a room check. I presume that they were verifying that we only had 2 people in the room. Aside from that we enjoyed our stay.

Great getaway

Overall great experience. Off the strip but with minimal planning easy access to shuttle, taxi or Uber never more than a few minutes for transportation. Great service from staff and the suite was large and very clean. On site stores/shops provided anything needed.

The property was very clean and nice for our stay in Vegas. We both liked the fact that it was off the strip but close enough to walk to. I was able to walk home from Allegiant stadium after the BTS concert both nights so my husband wouldn’t be caught up traffic. Check in was easy and although the front desk wanted us to see a time share presentation, they didn’t force us or put a ton a pressure on us to see it. It is very close to the airport but the windows and walls were insulated well so there was no noise. We would stay there again if we are visiting Vegas again.

Home away from home

Very responsive guest services- they even called to check in on us if we needed anything more. Great full size walk in shower. Huge bed. Wash dryer in unit worked well. Full fridge and freezer which helped for storing all the milk pumped as a new mom away from home.

Lovely, Hospitable, Comfortable, Just Off The Strip

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the pool and sun patio were lovely, and the room was just right, with all the comfort and amenities we needed, without extra junk in the way, I would 100% return for a longer stay. The only slightly odd thing was that there was a beautiful shower *and* a separate bath that had a poorly functioning showerhead. The owner didn't really communicate at all after the initial confirmation, but the staff were able to take care of everything we needed.

Good stay
