From the color of the walls and furniture to the tasteful decorations, the soft blues, greens, and browns make this condo your home for rest and relaxation. The open kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Four teal bar chairs, that match the tiled backsplash, sit at the island with two additional chairs nearby at the quaint table. In the living room, a sofa, love seat, and oversized chair with an ottoman are graced with beautiful accent pillows to make your stay comfortable while watching tv. The large window looks out to the pool and palm trees. You can step out on the private patio for a better look at the courtyard area and pool, perfect for sipping on your morning coffee on the outdoor furniture. The blue master bedroom (BR1) contains a king-size bed, nightstands, a chest for your beach attire, a luggage rack and beautiful ocean-themed accents and decorations to keep you in the beach mood. A ceiling fan will keep you cool for any time of the day you want to rest. The attached full bathroom holds a corner shower, double sinks and clever round mirrors which tilt to help you capture the best light and angle. Find a full bed and twin bunk beds in the second bedroom (BR2). A flat-screen TV is mounted above the wavy dresser, and there's a rocking chair to relax in. The second full bathroom contains a tub/shower with a scenic curtain you are sure to enjoy. Amenities included: TV, wireless internet, access to charcoal BBQ pits and picnic areas, laundry facilities, 2 boardwalks to the beach, 2 shared community pools. Located near downtown Port Aransas, you have easy access to the golf course, shopping, restaurants, and beach access with walkways over the dunes.
