We are conveniently located just a couple minutes off I-90 in the quaint town of St Regis. This new FAMILY & PET FRIENDLY home is a cozy overnight spot for keen travelers looking for something a bit more fun than your average hotel room. Includes a private fenced yard, HOT TUB, BBQ Grill & Firepit! Savor the cozy Radiant HEATED FLOORS, instant Hot Water that never runs out & a fully equipped kitchen with a make-it-yourself breakfast WAFFLE STATION! Plus FREE MINIGOLF (seasonal). We are confident you will love staying in our Breakfast Nook that was designed & built specifically as a short term vacation rental.
This open floor plan home is the perfect place to stretch out and relax after a day of traveling or adventuring. Our little Breakfast Nook BnB features INSTANT HOT WATER & radiant HEATED FLOORS. It also has a dedicated and fast WIFI connection, a large SMART TV, an assortment of games & plenty of area related reading material for a little entertainment. You'll also have a formal dining area & in-house laundry.
This house is in a neighborhood and very close to another house, however we have built a 6' privacy fence between the homes to give this house a large private backyard. Please see all the photos before booking.

* FAMILY FRIENDLY - Kids love our WAFFLE STATION & are excited to rise up early in the morning to enjoy it. We provide a PACK-N-PLAY portable playpen & a HIGHCHAIR booster seat.
* PETS - We are very animal friendly, however, all pets MUST be announced and pre-approved. The house is sanitized of all pet hair & dander after a pet stays, therefore we charge a reasonable pet cleaning fee of $20/night. We have a maximum of 3 trained pets per stay. Pets cannot be left unattended inside the house unless they are in a kennel. We ask that you do not allow your pets onto the furniture or bedding. There will be an additional fee for UNANNOUNCED or UNAPPROVED animals of $50/night.
*BREAKFAST - We provide some great Make-it-Yourself Breakfast selections so that you can sleep in a little, relax and enjoy your stay without having to bring groceries for breakfast. You'll find some FRESH LOCAL EGGS in the fridge & a WAFFLE STATION with all the fixings! For your morning or evening beverage you can enjoy some complimentary Apple Cider, Hot Cocoa, COFFEE, and a variety of Hot Tea!
* AMENITIES - We provide everything you'd expect to find in a hotel, including linens, pillows, extra blankets, fresh towels & some soaps. All the bedrooms are equipped with bedside lamps and fans. The kitchen cabinets are stocked with all the basics you should need to prepare a home-cooked a meal... dishes, pots & pans, basic appliances, a few staple ingredients, etc. In the Fenced Backyard you will find a 4 Person HOT TUB, a Firepit ring and a propane BBQ Grill.
* PARKING - You will have THREE regular size parking spaces in front of the home (off the street), please CONTACT ME BEFORE BOOKING if you will require additional parking area to see if we can accommodate you.
* NEIGHBORHOOD - We are in a friendly neighborhood on the outskirts of a very small and quaint rural Montana town. It's usually pretty quiet here, but you may hear children playing in their yards, ATVs and diesel trucks driving around, roosters crowing, dogs barking, church bells ringing or the sound of a train traveling through on the other side of town. On rare occasion you might even hear the volunteer fire department siren go off. If you are a really light sleeper you might want to bring earplugs, but we don't get any complaints about noise. One of the best things about St Regis, no light pollution, so as long as there aren't too many clouds, you should have an amazingly clear & crisp view of the stars and the Milky Way at night.
If you are looking for more beds, we also have several more rentals close by that can accommodate 4-9 guests each.

Hi there - I'm Becky and I absolutely love hosting guests in my short term rentals! I grew up in Polson, MT on the Flathead Lake and we have been living in St Regis for 3 years now. I feel so blessed to be able to live in rural Western Montana and raise my children here! We absolutely love being outdoors and this often overlooked area of Montana has SO much beauty and adventure to offer! If you love to explore and enjoy nature, there really are no wrong turns out here.
I have lots of hospitality experience, I manage 3 of my own vacation rentals as well as supervising the cleaning for some other amazing properties in this area. My top priority is making sure everyone has a 5-Star stay!
