Nos alegra saber que ha disfrutado de la tranquilidad del complejo y que considera adecuada la relación calidad-precio. Lamentamos que la falta de cortinas o estores en el salón haya sido un inconveniente durante su estancia. Tomamos nota de su observación y la trasladaremos al departamento correspondiente para que se tenga en cuenta en futuras mejoras del alojamiento. En cuanto al desagüe del balcón de la vivienda superior, sentimos que haya resultado molesto. Nos habría gustado que nos lo comunicara durante su estancia, ya que habríamos intentado ponerle solución de inmediato. Aun así, tomamos nota de lo ocurrido para poder revisarlo. Esperamos sinceramente que, a pesar de estos detalles, haya disfrutado de una estancia agradable. Estaremos encantados de recibirle nuevamente en otra ocasión.
