Lake House on Lake Michigan - New Construction

Brand new light and airy gorgeous lake house! Enjoy 1 acre of privacy and solitude with 150 feet of Lake Michigan frontage. One of the few houses left that has an actual beach. Lounge and swim in the lake, sit in the sun or shade on the beach, play and build a fire right on the water's edge.

Large open house with tons of windows lets in gorgeous light. Lake views from all four bedroom windows. Brand new comfy beds and couches. Two levels of decks will allow you to relax, read a good book and take in the amazing lake views and peaceful sounds of the waves. There is also a new spin bike, treadmill, elliptical and weights available for use in the basement.

The house is made for both relaxation and play. Watch a movie or listen to some music in the game room. Enjoy a game of darts, pool, ping pong or board games inside or badminton, volleyball, croquet, bags and much more outside Cedar Beach Lake House is the perfect spot for families, friends or couples to get away in a beautiful and fun environment.

For security, there are two cameras pointed at the driveway and main door.

This is a great house for our group. The view and access to the lake is absolutely wonderful. They also had a lot of games for use to use which was nice. We did quite a bit of cooking and the kitchen accommodated us nicely. The owners kept us in the loop about events in the area.

Family Getaway

Spent time at this location for a family getaway. Had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful and right on the water. Susan was wonderful to work with. The location is great —- not far from Milwaukee and Sheboygan. I highly recommend.

Perfect for everybody

It's all about the beach. We could hear Lake Michigans waves through out the house. Private beach was awesome, and you could walk the beach to Harrington Beach State Park. I wish I could live there.

The house was on a beautiful clen beach on Lake Michigan near Milwaukee,Wi. The host has supplied the place with plenty of outdoor and indoor things to do. We highly rec amend anyone looking for a beach vacation in Wisconsin to try this out!

“Malibu of the Midwest”

As we are from California, we have access to beaches. But this location is by far more relaxing. It was incredibly peaceful and serene. My kids had an amazing time using all of the water toys included. What a retreat for families to engage in nature.

Wonderful stay

Property was beautiful. Beach and lake were popular spots for the kids. Water toys were a great plus. Kitchen was well stocked with spices and condiments. The upper and lower decks were great to relax on. Susan was very responsive to our inquires. We would definitely stay here again.

Relax and Renew!

Our family of 8 loved this house and the remote serenity of the lake surroundings. It was just the ticket to help everyone relax and get renewed before we attended a larger family reunion the next weekend. The house itself has EVERYTHING from plenty of beach towels, outdoor chairs, inside and outside games, kayaks, fire pit and a loaded pantry of condiments. Owner was very responsive to any of our inquiries. Best week ever!

Making an annual tradition

This is our second year staying here with three generations of family members and we had a wonderful time again. The house is extremely well-apppointed, with a pantry well-stocked with basics, good kitchen tools (including a blender!), and all the towels and other amenities we could need. It’s such a treat to have private beach access and there is everything you could possibly want to spend an active or lazy day outdoors. We spent a rainy day doing jigsaw puzzles and playing games in the house. Already looking forward to coming back!

This is what you’re looking for!

Husband, Wife, Son, DIL, Daughter, future SIL, and 4 grandchildren (2,4,6,10). This place is Amazing! It has plenty of room for togetherness, and plenty for needed alone time. You can feel and see all the detail and time the owners took to make it comfortable! Very well stocked! It is so warm and welcoming! Our DIL already wants to plan it for next summer. The Host was very nice, and helpful! It feels like you’re on the ocean, yet has a yard to play games and trees for shade or sun if you want. There’s a really nice beach area, and plenty of water toys. We’ve stayed in quite a few places and this is by far the favorite! Not one negative to say! Wonderful winter retreat

The owner/manager Susan is very responsive, and the house was just as advertised. Two of the bedrooms face the lake, and the other two face the sides but still have (obstructed) views of the lake. Everything was in excellent condition. The neighborhood is full of deer (so drive carefully), and we saw a bald eagle in the yard. The house is easy to get to from interstate 43.

Beautiful Beach House

This property is as advertised and more. The home is beautiful and spacious. We had plenty of room for our family to have Thanksgiving together. The house is closer to the lake than it appears in the pictures and the view is amazing. There were plenty of supplies and everything is well kept. There are a lot of fun activities available at the house as well. Susan was very informative and responsive and shared a lot of good information about things to do in the area. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the property.
