Beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 (full) bathroom home on the shore of spectacular and world famous Torch Lake. 2,650 square feet of well laid out space will accommodate your family or multiple families. Sleeps up to 12 people comfortably.

Two great living areas, one with amazing views of the lake, the other used as a game room, including pool table, wii and games. Great for the kids or the unexpected rainy day.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Lower Level Bedroom: Queen size bed with sliding glass door access to lake side deck and gorgeous lake views.
Master Bedroom: Queen size bed. Huge master suite with walk in closet and on-suite master bathroom.
Bunk Room: Two Twin over Full size bunk beds that can comfortably sleep 4-6 kids.
Lake View Bedroom: Queen size bed with deck balcony overlooking Torch Lake. Bedroom access to full bathroom.
Living Room: Pull out Sofa bed.

Large deck with outdoor dining, comfortable seating surrounding fire side chat set, propane grill. Deck overlooks the lake, perfect watching Sunsets. Spacious flat grassy yard, perfect for kids and adults alike. Amazing family Vaca

We had the best family vacation at Jeff’s place. There were 6 adults and 5 kids with plenty to do for all ages! The paddle boards and kayaks were a big hit and the large game room. The water is shallow and clear right off the dock which was perfect for our kids! The sunsets were amazing! We hope to come back again!

It’s a little peace of paradise! My favorite spots at this beautiful Lakehouse are sitting on the deck enjoying the lake view in the morning and relaxing on the dock in the evening. This Lakehouse is perfect for our family of 8, including 2 grandsons. My grandsons love kayaking and we all love paddleboarding. In the evening, the game room is popular for playing pool. The owners are great about handling any questions we have. We are already counting down the days until next year’s trip back to Torch Lake!

Great week at Torch Lake

House is at a great location on Torch Lake. Plenty of room in the house for our family of 6. Just a few minor things could be fixed like a cupboard door and the porch railing could be a little sturdier. But over all a great place!

Beautiful house and excellent location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. The accommodations were excellent and the location could not have been better. Torch Lake is beautiful! We rented a pontoon boat and spent a day on the water and at the sand bar on the south side of the lake. We walked the sand dunes, paddleboarded and kayaked. Great wineries and restaurants. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Torch Lake Getaway

I found this excellent property on VRBO. It is a lovely house on the amazing Torch Lake. We were one of the first if not, the first guests for the season so they were gearing up for the summer. There was plenty of room and my interaction with the owner was exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this vacation home to someone who needs a Torch Lake getaway !!!

Beautiful setting on Torch Lake and comfortably accommodated eight. House was well equipped and had nice add-ons with a fire pit, grill as well as kayaks. Need to be very careful on the driveway. It is gravel and very steep.

Best of the best!

Loved this property. Comfortable, roomy, perfectly equipped home with million dollar views of sparkling aquamarine Torch Lake. We enjoyed coffee on the porch in the morning as well as glorious sunsets! Had fun playing pool in the game room and shopping in the sweet town of Alden during our one rainy day. Host is a wonderful person who provided very helpful intel on the area, from groceries to restaurants to boat rental (highly recommend Butch’s Tackle & Marine for boats and other water sports, tasty lunch items, and cute souvenirs). We ended up boating during the nice days so didn’t swim here, but I waded in and it’s an awesome rock and sand bottom with gentle depth increase. We were so happy staying and playing here!

Best Vacation Yet!

Our family of 8 ( 2 grandsons- 6 & 9)had a marvelous vacation. In the words of my family - “Best vacation yet!” Plenty of room for all of us- a large deck to enjoy the peaceful mornings, a great dock with lounge chairs to rest after taking a dip, paddle boarding or canoeing, and a fire pit where we would all gather for s’mores and the most amazing sunsets. The boat lift was a big plus as were the kayaks and canoes. The adults in the family usually got in a game of pool at the end of the evening ! The driveway is steep, so we parked by the garage most of the time. Thanks for sharing your beautiful lake house. We will be back next year to make more lake memories!

Lake house at Torch

Wonderful time and beautiful house. Very well appointed, close to Bellarie and Alden, where we enjoyed Shorts and Torch Lake Winery. Very steep drive as advertised. Great time with paddle boards and kayaks, and grand-kids had fun finding Petoskey stones on the beach and in the shallow water, and they loved the sand beach area. May need to be aware the outside drier vent was pluggled and took a while to dry clothes until we cleared the lint out. Just an FYI

Visit the Caribbean without leaving the US!

Our time at Torch Lake was one of the best vacations ever, worth the year and a half wait for sure!!! Made even sweeter bc it didn't require international travel to feel like you were in the Caribbean. Jeff was a SUPER DUPER HOST and his place is MAGICAL--plenty of room for a family of 10 to all be together or find some space to be alone if needed. The living room is bright, open and looks out onto the water. The bedrooms were a good size, the game room was a huge hit and the fire pit was where we convened after dinner every night to watch a magnificent sunset/moonrise. We rented pontoon boat from Butch's for our stay, visited the iconic sand bar (and the one directly across from our house), and got to know an area none of us had ever visited before. Everyone agreed we'll visit again due to ease, beauty and something for everybody to do. 10/10!!!!!

This house on Torch Lake was amazing. The owners are super friendly and very caring of any needs we had. The house is spacious and we never felt crowded. The house is super clean, decorating is comfy and up to date. Plenty of supplies in house to make your stay hassle free. The view of Torch Lake and the backyard are amazing. We made a bonfire every night and enjoyed the peacefulness and tranquility of the property. We were able to rent their pontoon boat and spend afternoons relaxing on the lake. My four children ages 17-26 had the time of their life. We would love revisit this home on Torch Lake next year and I would highly recommend to others. 😉🔥🏄‍♀️🚤🛶🏖🌅

Beautiful house- excellent location

My group included a senior citizen, a toddler, and a guest with mobility issues. This house delivered. The kitchen and deck are well appointed for large family meals. The lake access is perfect- the provided toys & dock chairs were enjoyed and the sandy beach and clear, shallow water were perfect for the small children. We rented a pontoon and came and went from our dock. The owner, Jeff, offered early check in, had an organized binder with info on check in/out, the area and things to do. He even had flashlights available for the unexpected power outage, firewood for the fire pit and a baby gate for the stairs. We showed respect to the driveway and it was not a problem, even with two nights of rain. This house was perfect for us and we plan to return next year.

Perfect for a two family reunion

Stayed here with another family and planned to ski over the New Years weekend. The snow didn't cooperate but we kept busy sightseeing in the area and hanging out together at the house. The kitchen/dining room/living room worked out great for us to cook, eat, and watch football together with plenty of space for 10 people - all adults and older teenagers. The pool table turned out to be the center of activity with a 2nd big screen TV in that room so we could spread out between the billiards room and the main living room. It was just a perfect setup for us to reconnect with old friends. The house is nice and clean and it was a great location on Torch Lake - off the main roads but easy access to the smaller and bigger towns in the area. I would think that this house would be wonderful for a summer vacation with its own beach and opportunities for lake activities.
