The home includes 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Everyone will have all the privacy they need with a private ensuite bathroom attached to each bedroom. The spacious, open concept kitchen, dining, and living area provide the perfect space for playing games, enjoying a group dinner, or relaxing and watching a movie!

The large kitchen is equipped with state of the art appliances and everything you need to cook meals at home. A large balcony is situated off of the living room creating the perfect space to sit back and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine while watching the sunset.

The Funky Beach Farmhouse has a colorful bar downstairs right off the pool area. Open up the sliding doors to create the perfect indoor/outdoor space. The pool receives plenty of sunlight throughout the day to ensure you return home with a beautiful Florida glow! The elevator creates easy access to all levels of the house!

The quick 1 minute walk to the beach makes for easy to stop back home for a quick lunch before returning back to the white fluffy sand and crystal clear water! Pine Avenue is a short walk or quick bike ride away. Here you can enjoy shopping at the cute boutiques or find a great place to get a bite to eat! Easily snag a ride on the FREE Anna Maria Island trolley with a convenient stop located at the Anna Maria City Pier!

PARKING: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.
