Summary:
Located less than one block from the BEACH!

Updated, first-floor quaint space with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a private kitchen, and a walk-in closet!

The sofa-bed in the living room pulls out and can accommodate a child.

Our vacation home comes fully furnished and has great amenities that include a heated pool, BBQs, outdoor eating areas, lounge chairs, tables, umbrellas, private parking and so much more.

The Space:
Our condo is fully equipped: new air conditioner, ceiling fans, Smart TV with more than 100 channels, Internet and Wi-Fi, linen and towels, all kitchen needs (pots, pans, dishes, silverware, coffee maker, etc.), beach chairs, umbrella and more. On-site laundry ($)..

Guest Access:
You will have your own private, cozy all equipped apartment in the boutique Mid Mari condo resort. 1 private parking space as well.

You have a private front and back door to the unit. You will find a BBQ as well as tables and chairs right out to enjoy with our friendly neighbor !

You have your own private space: livingroom, kitchen, bathroom, walk-in closet.

The Neighborhood:
This is a dream vacation environment. You will love it. Welcome to our vacation home in beautiful South Florida.

Relax in the lounge chairs, take a dip in the heated pool, grill a steak and enjoy a drink with the neighbors during "happy hour".

Walk just a few minutes to enjoy some time at the beach with miles of white sand and plenty of things to do near the all-new Pompano Fishing Village Pier: get ice cream or coffee, grab a bite to eat, rent a bike or use the outdoor gym. Only a 5 minute drive from Pompano Beach GOLF course!

Getting Around:
Sit by the pool to relax or walk only 1/2 block to the beach! There is so much to do in the Newly Trendy Pompano.

You are walking distance to the new beautiful Pompano beach Pier, free outdoor gym on the beach, restaurants, drug store, coffee shops, ice cream, rental bikes and everything else you need.

NEW: there is now a free shuttle service in the neighborhood. Just download the CIRCUIT APP and enjoy the ride!

Only a 5-minute drive from golf, shopping mall, fishing and so much more. A wonderful vacation spot!

Great Condo for our 1 week vacation!

This condo is exactly as described and was very nice for our 1 week vacation. It was clean, comfortable for the two of us, and very well stocked. The pool was very nice and the beach is about a 5 minute walk. There were beach chairs and towels in the closet for us to use. There is a laundry room around the back, but if you plan to use it, bring quarters as they were hard to come by. Ingrid was a very nice host and has a very detailed and informative binder in the condo with lots of great information and tips. We loved our stay and recommend this condo.

The condo was in a great location, so close to the beach. The other residents and/or visitors were all so friendly. Ingrid was a great host, very easy to reach, and always so responsive to ant questions or concerns. The condo was well equiped with everything you could possibly need.

Great way to kick off the 2021 Holiday Season

The unit is small in square footage but comfortable for 2 and has everything you need for a great getaway. The neighbors and area were quiet but you are close to everything including the beach which is a short walk.
