Blackstone is a brand new community situated in Canyons Village, just steps from the Cabriolet Gondola (as shown through the windows of the unit pictures) providing ease of access to Park City's 350 runs and 7400 acres of terrain, right on the fairway of the Canyons Golf Course with 18 holes winding through 97 acres, enjoying spectacular views of the Wasatch & Uinta Mountains. Enjoy skiing, boarding, golf, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, horse-drawn sleigh rides, horseback riding, hiking, fishing, mountain biking, tubing, rafting, the on property year round pool, gym (including Peloton) and more. Down the street from complimentary transportation taking you throughout the Park City area.

The spectacular unit is a brand new top floor unit, featuring vaulted ceilings and upgrades galore. This is the place for you if you are looking for brand new, superior luxury finishings, and a short easy walk to the lifts (4 minutes), which is also where you can catch the free express bus to Main Street / Old Town.

The open living area features wood flooring, stone fireplace, sofa sleeper, large flat screen and upscale furniture.

Modern kitchen featuring with sitting for up to three, Viking appliances, farmhouse kitchen sink and quartz countertops in the kitchen. Fully stocked including both drip and keurig.

Dinning area with seating for up to six.

Large windows bring the outside in, the unit features an expansive balcony, including comfortable chairs for relaxing, as well as gas grill.

The first bedroom suite features fireplace and king bedroom. Second suite features two double beds. Sleep sofa in living room provides sleeping for up to 8.
Enjoy European duvets, plenty of cushy pillows, USB chargers and more.

Each suite has its own bathroom and there is an additional 1/2 bath in the living area. Bathrooms feature quartz and granite, floating vanities, euro glass shower surrounds, Grohe plumbing fixtures.

Enjoy in-unit washer dryer, wifi, complimentary underground parking.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at our BlackStone apartment. The apartment was just like the photos and very spacious for a family of four. The location was excellent - an easy walk to the Cabriolet lift straight into the heart of Canyons village. We also had a hire car and it was no more than a 10min drive to Park City Main Street and the Park City Mountain lifts. There were extra towels available and also towels for the hot tub. A cupboard of games and a TV in both bedrooms, along with the main living room. The kitchen was spacious and very well appointed. Great sharp knife set, good quality cookware and storage containers. Plenty of cutlery and crockery. Also provided was laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, paper towels and rubbish bags and plenty of extra toilet paper. This was a wonderful surprise as that would have been a significant cost for us to purchase for our 11 x night stay. We were very grateful this was all provided. Unfortunately, we didn’t have great snow for skiing… But on the bright side it means we will have to visit again! We would definitely book this apartment again and highly recommend it.

Nice place but night time noise

The snow ploughs based right below the unit made a lot of noise starting around 3am and going on and off for hours clearing the parking lots. Unless you turn the heat off the bedrooms get super hot and it would be nice to be able to control that, especially since the duvets are extremely thick. Also suggest providing better towels.

AMAZING spot in Canyons Village

Perfect condo that came stocked with everything! Easy check in and check out, amazing location for the slopes, washer and dryer in the unit, and plenty of space for everyone to spread out! We will definitely stay here again when we head back out to Park city for winter break!!
