Ocean City is a boardwalk town where the beach is always just a short walk away. Rent a bike or one of the 'Boardwalk cars' from Dandy Don's Bike Rentals just over two and a half miles from the condo and experience the boardwalk in a fun new way. Paradise Watersports, four miles from the vacation rental, offers parasailing and other fun equipment to get an even better look at the water! Outlets Ocean City offers fun outlet shopping just four and a half miles north if you'd like a break from the beach vibes.

The comfy living area with a TV and lots of room to spread out blends seamlessly with the full kitchen, breakfast bar, and breakfast nook. Of course, enjoying breakfast or a beverage out on the balcony is always an option. The bedrooms are set on the opposite side of the condo from the living room, so conversations and fun can continue even if other guests want to head to bed. The private washer/dryer can take on swimsuits and anything you need to be cleaned so that you can explore on your own schedule. The outdoor shower will help you make sure that no sand comes into your beachside abode. Prepare for comfort near the beach - this condo brings it in bucketfuls!

THINGS TO KNOW
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
