After an adventurous day on the water, come back to relax and cozy up to the indoor fireplace or enjoy the water views by the outdoor fire pit. Throw a line in right off the dock, fishing poles as well as other lawn and yard games available for your use. Campfire chairs and lounge chairs are provided. The covered lower-level patio includes an outside grill leading to a finished walk-out basement with a wet bar, fridge/ freezer ice maker. Inside board games are provided as well as a Golden Golf Tee game and a perfect pub table for card games. A couch with a large seating area is located on the lower level with an option for another guest to sleep. Bedroom #3 is located on the lower level with a queen bed and a twin XL as well as a full bathroom with shower tub combo. All of the beds are brand new, very comfortable memory foam mattresses. The main floor has a fully stocked kitchen that includes a coffee maker, coffee grinder, air fryer, crock-pot, blender, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, cups/glasses, mixing bowls, electric oven/ stove top range, dishwasher, refrigerator/ freezer, microwave.
