Great location...walk to all: How You Brewin’, Scojo's, arcade, mini golf, park/playground, ice cream and more. Short distance to butcher shop, cheese shop, fish market, many restaurant options in walking distance, and so much more!! Relax on the front porch listening to the ocean sounds, enjoy a BBQ in the large backyard, or walk to the bay to experience beautiful sunset views. Beach passes included. We had an amazing stay at this house in LBI! The home was spotless upon arrival – very clean and well-maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable and relaxed. The location couldn’t be better; just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy morning strolls and sunset views without having to worry about parking or long walks.The amenities were also top-notch – everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided, from a fully stocked kitchen to outdoor seating for relaxing after a beach day. The layout was spacious, perfect for families or groups, and the outdoor shower was a great bonus for rinsing off after the beach.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and well-equipped beach house in LBI!

Amazing stay

I can not say enough about the owners and the property. We had a family situation that the owners helped us out tremendously. The property was clean and modern and still had that beach house vibe. I would stay here again over and over. Thank you for making my families stay such a special one this year.

We could not have asked for more. The location was perfect and exactly what we had hoped for. Walking distance to so much of what we love about LBI. The home was perfect and Anita was very accommodating.

Easy living at the beach

This inviting & comfortable beach house was perfect for a relaxing stay at LBI. You’re a few houses from the beach and easy walking distance to restaurants, Flamingo Golf & the 5&10. The front porch offers shade and the backyard has 2 big tables with one grill & one bright, clean outdoor shower. The inside has been recently renovated and is light and attractive. We loved our week there.

Nice Property in a Great Location

The house was newly renovated, very clean and comfortable. It's on the smaller side, but the location is excellent - just steps to the beach and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, mini golf and ice cream. Anita was very responsive and helpful - answering all questions promptly. Overall, this was a great stay for us.

This home was perfect. It is clean, very close to the beach, and has a wonderful front porch! Anita was lovely and great to communicate with. I will definitely stay here again.
