Enjoy the ultimate getaway with an ample dose of luxury & comfort in Ivy’s Townhouse. This three-bedroom oasis is perfect for families, friends, or a luxurious romantic escape. Ivy’s Townhouse offers two stories of living space with all of the premium amenities and comfortable furnishings you’d expect in a modern vacation home - including three bedrooms with en-suites, a fully-equipped kitchen; air conditioning throughout; and large flat screen smart televisions in each room

The main level boasts an open floor plan with a spacious living room and separate seating area. Enjoy creating culinary delights in the fully-equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances, found adjacent to the beautifully appointed dining area with seating for 7 persons. Outside, you will find a private backyard retreat, barbecue grill, and an area for al fresco dining. Located across the beautifully fruited courtyard; you can go for a spin in the gym or a swim in the pool.

The curved staircase leads to the second level which has three bedrooms that provide comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to six guests, and each has been appointed with an en-suite bathroom for privacy and accommodations. The master bedroom features a plush king bed, a private terrace with a scenic view, a spacious walk in closet, beautiful private bath complete tub, separate shower, cathedral wood ceiling, and more . The two other guest bedrooms have queen beds and also have beautiful private en-suite bathrooms, cathedral wood ceilings, and one has a private terrace with a seating area to enjoy outdoor views.

Just 10 minutes from Sangster’s International Airport, Ivy’s Townhouse is located in Ironshore near the Hotel Zone and close to everything you need. Beaches, shopping, snorkeling, sailing, fishing, scuba trips, casinos, exciting nightlife, world-class restaurants and casual dining are just moments away.
Before you settle in and get comfortable, we would like to make you aware of the House Rules at our rental. Understanding and complying with the house rules will make for a comfortable and fun stay for everybody!

Please ensure you read and fully understand the house rules before / at the beginning of your stay. If anything is unclear, please contact us so we can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings.

(1) Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this into a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests.

(2) Our vacation rental is a smoke-free zone inside. This is important to us in order to keep our property in the best condition possible. Guests can only smoke in outdoor areas such as the balcony or deck.

(3) We want you to enjoy your vacation and time at our home to the maximum, but we do have to set restrictions on visitor for safety reasons. As part of our vacation rental agreement, there are NO unregistered guests allowed in the property, and we need the names and copy of IDs of each member of your traveling party.

(4) There are several visitors parking spots on the property which can be used during your stay. Please be sure to park in the space marked ‘Visitor’ as all unmarked spaces are assigned to other units in the complex.

(5) Our balcony and deck area is available for you to kick back and relax with your family or friends. To keep this space in the best condition for future visitors to our vacation rental.

(6) Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay, this will make it much easier when check-out time comes. Please remove shoes while in the rental; and please be sure to keep your feet off the sofa / furniture

(7) It is your responsibility to safeguard access cards, front gate key-fobs and TV / AC / ceiling fan remotes; and any lost / damaged items will result in a replacement fee

(8) In case of any accidental damage, we will look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be.

(9) We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours.

Great Stay!
The property is in a good location near restaurants and shopping but you will need to drive there but they are less than 10 minutes away. The hip strip and airport is only 10 minutes away. The property is gated and does have a security guard at night. We setup pickup with the property from the airport and it was seamless even with our 3 our delay through customs! Kelly our driver was great and got us to the townhouse in no time. The property was as described. Wifi and air condition was good! Overall communication with the property was swift. However, we did have some communication challenges when we ended up stuck inside when it got really rainy and we tried to use the TV in the living room. We couldn't how to get the firestick to work or figure out the cable box. We did hear from the property when we relayed our problem but never heard back about a solution or additional instructions on how to work the devices. The property was nice and clean with plenty of towels and sheets. They had a cute pool across the parking lot that we enjoyed. Bring your beach towels. We would stay there again!

A Christmas Gift
We are so blessed and grateful for the way our host accommodated our unexpected family members. The house was clean and well kept. The kitchen contained all the things we needed for our meals preparation. We definitely enjoyed the entire stay at this home for our Christmas holiday. In the near future, when we decide to visit Jamaica again, we will definitely want to stay at this home.Thanks again to our host for this gift of giving-understanding and consideration, and for making our family stay a memorable one. Great property
The location was great, the property very comfortable and the host was very helpful. My only suggestion is to increase the amenities in the kitchen with respect to serving and storage dishes and cutlery. Also, only having online TV programmes via internet was challengin, so maybe using a cable provider could help. Rochelle was excellent and very helpful. Thank you for having us.

Amazing stay
Long review alert but worth the read... I traveled to Jamaica to celebrate a friends birthday and my group chose to stay at Ivy's townhome.. which was a leap of faith since there were no previous reviews but I can truly say the stay was amazing...check in was seemless and very nice lady was there to greet us...take us on a walk through and showed us how to use the amenities. The townhome was clean, beds were super comfy and they even had games like Jenga in which we utilized on more than one occasion...wi fi was good and I even enjoyed watching some netflix as i drfted off to sleeo in the very comfy bed. There were a couple hiccups in which one of the two was no fault to Ivy and out of her control.. 1st hiccup: the 1st day we had very little water pressure and no hot water at all...we contacted Ivy and the communication was grest as she made us aware there was a water main issue in the area.. she even kept updated o. When the issue would be resolved...which it was by the evening and after that the showers was heavenly..and hot as i liked...even with more than one person showering... 2nd hiccup: one of the rooms air condition unit dtop working and despite the troubleshooting that Ivy's staff tried to give it never got fixed and it was extremely warm in that room but my daughter who slept in that room gets cold easy so it wsnt a huge discomfort...I can say that Ivy's staff did try to help but unfortunately it did not get taken care of before we checked out. Overall Ivy's TH was amazing..we all had a great time.I would definitely stay again... Thank you Ivy and Staff.
