Welcome to Blue Heron Beach House! This beautiful, newly renovated home is located in the heart of Anna Maria on a deep water canal with easy access to Tampa Bay . This home provides three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a bright and open kitchen, a cozy living room with high ceilings, and a spacious outdoor area for grilling and lounging. The large heated pool and spa are the perfect place to relax all year long! There is space for all in this amazing canal front home. This property is the perfect launching point for Kayaks and paddle boards. Find entertainment for the entire family with a self guided tour through Bimini Bay where you will find dolphins, manatees, and much more! You will find Anna Maria's gorgeous white sandy gulf beaches are just a short drive away! Enjoy easy access to Pine Avenue with its wonderful boutiques, restaurants, and access to the FREE Anna Maria Island Trolley!

PETS: Dogs are allowed with prior approval. Must be well trained and less than 40lbs. 2 dogs max. A $150 non-refundable pet fee applies per pet.

PARKING: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

BOATS: Approximately 25 ft of open seawall is available to tie up a boat.
**Please note that boat lift is not available for guest use**

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

Family friendly, great location and views!

We had a wonderful time staying in this house. It more than accommodated our family, had beautiful canal views, ultra clean and just overall offered everything we needed for a carefree stay. The location was perfect to get anywhere on the island by a quick walk or golf cart ride. Would easily book again!

The Perfect Vacation!

Wow! What can I say? This was a great vacation. The home had everything we needed for our family and Liza was always available to answer any questions. The home is very nice, but very comfortable and welcoming. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, but within 5 minutes we could be on Pine Avenue, sitting by the bay or a short walk to the gulf. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and have already booked Blue Heron again!

Heated pool was too cold for us

We love Anna Maria Island; this was our sixth visit. The property is in a nice location, close to Pine Avenue. It's well maintained apart from several missing light bulbs in the bedrooms. Unfortunately, whilst we were staying there it wasn't peaceful. There is a new house being constructed in the next street and the noise from the construction site was awful; they were at it six days per week. Also, the heated pool temperature is set at 78F and even though the agent increased this on request to 84F (the maximum allowed) it was still too cold for us. The hot tub is hot though. We would visit again but only in the summer when the pool was warmer, and the construction work has finished.

Currently, there is quite a bit of construction on Anna Maria Island and it is difficult to keep up with construction schedules. We do heat our pools to 83 degrees prior to a guest arriving. Great family getaway

Great house for our family of 4 and had room for 2 more! Clean and comfortable, had everything we needed. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub even on cool days. Sitting by the canal was nice and relaxing. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time! This property was perfect inside and out. 5/5!!!

This property was beautiful inside and out. Very clean and decorated with great taste. Every bedroom had it's own bath which was so nice for our family :). The neighborhood was quiet and the location was perfect for walking or biking everyplace we needed to be :).The management was very accommodating and professional. Thank you for this wonderful stay!
