Note: On-site construction begins September 9th. This fresh GULF FRONT (owner managed & cleaned) west corner condo is located on the 5th floor. An ULTRA CLEAN unit with a DIRECT view of the Gulf of Mexico & its white sandy beach along with a perfect view of 2 of the 6 outdoor pools! The only thing between this unit and the water is sand. This condo has a comfy queen size bed, queen size sleeper sofa, newly installed (2023) tub with tile surround, free high speed WiFi, cable & SMART TV, and full sized kitchen with full sized coffee pot and single cup Keurig, all essentials needed to prep meals in the unit. Add that you also have access to an indoor pool, fitness room, sauna, tennis courts, basketball courts, on-site laundry facilities, AND Sassy Bass Restaurant on the ground floor and you have the makings of a PERFECT GETAWAY but with all the conveniences.

Listed as "Where to stay", our resort made the list as it's also driving distance to OWA's amusement park (NEW INDOOR WATERPARK & OUTDOOR SURF SIMULATOR AND WAVE POOL NOW OPEN), Tanger Outlet Mall, zoo, putt-putt golf, go carts, Dauphin Island Ferry, Historic Fort Morgan and so much more!
Note: We, the owners, self manage and clean this unit. Every surface is thoroughly cleaned between each rental, as well as fresh, clean bed sheets AND comforters.
