Le Maracuja - Studio en résidence avec piscine

Nestled on the Pointe du Helleux, this apartment invites you to spend a holiday with your feet in the water! Between beaches, swimming pools and heavenly surroundings, we promise you an unforgettable stay! This 28 m² studio features a living room with a sleeping area for 3 people, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a shower room, and a balcony with a breathtaking view of the gardens and the sea! Bed linen and towels are provided, so all you have to do is pack your bags. See you soon!

The apartment
Located on the second floor of the residence, the studio is as follows:

- Living room with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), sofa and TV.
- Logia with fully-equipped kitchenette: dishwasher, hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, dining table for 4. You'll be able to cook and enjoy a good meal while gazing out over the sea and gardens!
- Bathroom with shower and WC.

Communal areas
- Swimming pool 1: 700 m² heated pool with 50 m² children's pool.
- Pool 2: 150 m² heated pool on the heights of the residence.
The pools are closed from August 30 to October 8.
Parents are responsible for their children's swimming.

The neighborhood
The studio is located in the Holiday Village, where you can enjoy 2 white-sand beaches, 3 restaurants, 1 souvenir store with a mini-market (basic necessities), all set in 3 hectares of well-kept parkland.

Activities
The village offers a wide range of daytime and evening activities throughout the season:
- Fitness classes, sports tournaments for young and old.
- Discovery of the surrounding area, traditional games, treasure hunts, "Tell me a story" for the little ones...
- Numerous surprises during traditional celebrations: Halloween, Fête de la Musique...
- Animated evenings with entertainers, and kids' clubs during the school vacations.
- Regional evenings with presentations of the region and its folklore, and tastings of local products.
During your stay, you can also take advantage of 2 beautiful beaches with deckchairs on the edge of the village, free entertainment (beach volleyball, games...), and a water sports base with flyboarding, jet skiing, kitesurfing...

Transportation
- Pointe-à-Pitre airport 30 km away.
- It is advisable to rent a vehicle to discover the island independently.
- Saint-François marina and ferry terminal with daily boat service to the surrounding islands (Marie-Galante, les Saintes, la Désirade).
