Villa La Carette is a charming and comfortable property on one level which consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms. The villa boasts sunrises and sunsets, an astonishing panoramic view over Lorient beach and the entire bay, the neighboring islands such as St Martin, Anguilla and the smaller islands.
The two bedrooms are located in an independent bungalow and both face the sea, each bedroom has its private terrace.
The villa features a lovely deep pool with steps (L 9,5 m x 5m l) and a large deck terrace with deck chairs and a gazebo with a large daybed.
A well equipped kitchen with a sea view opens to a large living room and the dining area located on the shady terrace.

La Carette is a 5 min drive from the grocery stores, bakeries and beach in Lorient and 10-15 min from the airport in St Jean and the shops, bars and restaurants in Gustavia.

Villa La Carette can be rented individually or combined with Villa Tortue and make a total of 3 bedrooms.
