Bracebridge is located on the Muskoka River, overlooking the iconic Bracebridge Falls, Muskoka's most significant waterfall.The lakes and rivers around Bracebridge make it a perfect place to be during the spring and summer months, whether you're enjoy water sports, relaxing on the dock at the cottage, adventure trips or enjoying the beauty of the region.





Note: in winter the boathouse is closed and thus occupancy drops.

Granite counters and stainless appliances, gas stove and generous fridge completely outfitted for any home chef's needs. There is a Powder room conveniently located at the entry. Screened Muskoka Room with comfortable seating to relax in after a day in the sun. Walkout from both the Great Room and the Muskoka Room to the vast porch and take in the sunset at the end of the day.

The open concept designer decorated cottage has 4000 square feet of living space plus the lower level and boathouse! The cottage has 4 bedrooms plus an additional bedroom in the boathouse. 3.5 bathrooms and 2 fireplaces (one wood in the living room, one gas in the master). High ceilings and windows across the lakefront with a view of Lake Muskoka. Open concept Downsview kitchen with stainless steel appliances and stone countertops, hardwood floors throughout plus a stunning Muskoka room complete the main level. Doors open onto the large and comfortable lakeside porch  that runs the entire length of the cottage.
