3-story home w hot tub, 5 beds, 2 kitchens, & outdoor studio near Willard Park

Recently remodeled Berkeley craftsman style from the early 1900's, this house is our home and where we are raising our two little kids. Would be great for a family with kids, as we have young kids and plenty of toys/books to use, but can also work for others.

The house: Main level has a relatively open floor plan between kitchen, dining, and kid's play room. Living room has its own privacy potential (pocket doors), comfy couch, and a large TV. The upper level has 2 large bedrooms, one master with a king bed and one kid's room with a double. Lower level (basement) was created in late 2019 as a separate apartment that has a separate entrance, but is also connected to the rest of the house internally. It is a 1-bedroom apartment that has a double bed in the living/kitchen space (lives like a studio apartment) and a queen bed in the bedroom. Washer/dryer is in the basement area.

There’s also a stand-alone well-built studio in the rear that has a queen bed. All 5 beds are very comfortable beds to sleep on, soft-medium firmness. Both kitchens are well-stocked with pots/pans, knives, and flatware.

Backyard has a patio, small corten steel vegetable garden that we tend well to, and multiple fruit trees around the property. It also has a sunken 5 foot redwood hot tub that we maintain without minimal chemicals, a large BBQ, and an outdoor shower with separate toilet room adjacent to the studio.

As you can tell this is not a rental. This is our home. We ask anyone staying here to treat it as such and please do enjoy all it offers.
