Perfect family get away

Property was great. Lots of room and perfect outdoor space. Needs more cooking utensils. But everything was wonderful. Fridge nice and clean bedding nice and clean. Would definitely rebook.

Loved!

I must say, this lovely house was absolutely warm and inviting, with plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. The outdoor area was beautifully arranged and the backdrop just added to the charm. The seclusion of the house was also a nice touch. Moreover, the host was incredibly responsive and so polite, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely love to book this place again in the future.

Paradise in CPT

The house was very clean & spacious to host my daughter's Champagne Party. Street parking is limited so Uber /Lyft is suggested for guest. Neighbors are friendly. Ricardo was absolutely amazing & transparent about the home & past reviews. Needless to say we didn't encounter any issues during our stay and overall a very nice & secluded location to host small events.

Perfect home for a weekend getaway

Me and my friend recently graduated and held a gathering here to celebrate. It was everything we wanted and more! The outdoor area is spacious and the lights look beautiful at night. The three bedrooms were very cozy and the kitchen came with supplies that were useful! The property manager Ricardo is also very easy to communicate with and responded promptly when I had a question. Overall, would recommend!

Great experience and location

The location was perfect for my gathering and the host was extremely communicative and helped us replace the gate lock when it stopped working suddenly. We felt very safe during our stay and it was a great way to celebrate the new year!

The home was nice. Lights outside that gave it a beautiful view when night time approached. Inside the home was also nice. Well kept for the most part. The home was In a nice area Many amenities surrounding the home which was a added bonus. Light parking but easy to manage. I would recommend for a small gathering or just a family getaway.

Paradise in Compton

Paradise in Compton was a very spacious and clean beautiful home, but is not all the way suitable for a family stay more of a hangout home. The property management did accommodate for some of the missing features such as the no washer and dryers they provided plenty of towels. He was also very kind and welcoming with a basket and card. The house doesnā€™t have any air conditioning but with all the windows open it is suitable during the night. It was nice to have the extra studio to use for extra room and bathroom. Enjoyed the fenced area but there was some missing fencing where someone could easily get in. In a decent location where everything was fairly close by.

Nice Home

Some of the things in the house are outdated and need fixing. The host also needs to work on their response time however, our stay was smooth. The host provided a number of essential things for a party like extra chairs and a speaker which was a surprise! The neighborhood is quiet and parking was a little hard but nothing too hectic. The backyard is bigger than the photos. Another small con, the host didnā€™t provide enough towels for the number of people staying overnight so we had to figure that out. The beds sit kind of low but they are comfortable and the house doesnā€™t get cool as much due to less vents being in the house Iā€™m guessing. Itā€™s a really good place to have a party! I would definitely book again. The check in process was easy and we felt very safe during our stay.

Perfect spot for Birthdayā€™s!

I had 2 birthday partyā€™s here and they do not disappoint! Big backyard with lights for nighttime. Private lounge as well. I was able to get creative with party decorations. Overall the host was excellent, on top with communication!
